Never had an issues with this place of business. But, today, we must've not answered the door quick enough for the delivery guy, literally just threw the food on the front porch and left mumbling shit to himself. NO NEED TO BE AN A******! They were very nice, but I'm sorry to say their pizza was worse than dominos. We ordered one cheese and one pepperoni pie. The cheese was very burnt on the cheese pizza, I would have asked them to remake it if I didn't have a whole family waiting at the hotel to eat. The pepperoni pizza was very greasy, they don't use very good quality pepperoni and the crust is disgusting. Maybe being from CT we are a little spoiled with pizza, but it would be nice to get a decent pie outside of our home state. The kids wouldn't even eat it. Plus, there were issues with my form of payment because I wanted to use a visa gift card. While the service was fine, we are very unhappy with the quality. read more

The original staff member I spoke with was trying his best to be helpful, but got confused with my order. I was then handed to who I assume was the manager. Unfortunately, he was incredibly rude when I was placing my order. He said I was "wasting his time" and he was "too busy" to answer my questions. The food at Ginos is always amazing. I've never had a bad order or any complaints. Everyone there is always extremely kind and courteous.

A little hidden gem. We've tried their veal parmigiana, chicken Marsala, chicken cutlet grinder, steak and cheese grinder, fried ravioli & chicken and broccoli Alfredo. Allll of them were shockingly good! We've lived here our whole lives and had never tried it and now we can't get enough! BONUS... they deliver to Dalton!! Bleh. It provided food to stop the hunger. But didn't do much more. We ordered a pesto pizza and the chicken really threw the flavor off, it had an unfamiliar odor, and you couldn't really taste the pesto. Make sure you have hot sauce or ranch if you get pizza from here. We also got a slice of chocolate cake that was subpar and somehow dry. It was also still frozen. I'm still standing here waiting for my roommates order after 45 minutes. We're the only customers here. Each of the delivery people have left and come back. I suppose they only care about delivery orders. It's not as if they had lots of huge orders ahead of us. This is the longest I've waited for a sub in my life. Maybe they had to kill the chicken? Gino's NEVER gets it wrong! Food is always spot on and the service is exceptional. Our personal favorites are the steak and cheese grinder, the chicken cutlet grinder, the Roma pizza, the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the chicken gyro. Worst service ever! The manager was so rude! This place is ridiculous. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and it arrived ice cold. Called to see what they could do for us and they offered to send another order. It was already late and had several kiddos to feed so we asked for a partial refund. The manager said he'd give us a $10.00 credit and wanted the cold food back!!! He actually sent a delivery person back to take our cold food and to give us $5.00!! My family and I really like this place. I'm disappointed that they don't have a gluten free option for pizza since I'm limited in pizza options, but I understand this is difficult to accomplish sometimes. They have AMAZING chicken wings though. Nice and crispy, and they're some of the few wings I actually enjoy. My family said the pizza was amazing as well. Used to be better, quality has gone down. When this place first opened it was great. Always arrived quickly, nice and hot, wings were cooked to perfection, and the pizza was overall good. However the last three times I have ordered from here, has not been satisfactory. Tonight I was told it would take 30 minutes, 40 tops, for my order to be delivered to my house. It took over an hour for my pizza and wings to arrive. The delivery guy seemed dazed like he had no idea what was going on and I swear he was high. Something about him was VERY off. I'm pretty sure he was getting high when we was supposed to be delivering my order, thus the lateness. Anyways by the time my food got to my house, it was very cold. The pizza wasn't as well cooked as it had been in the past. My wings were soggy - mushy, even - and barely had any buffalo sauce on them. It was a great disappointment since their wings had always been amazingly flavorful and crispy in the past. They honestly were barely edible this time. I'm not sure if they hired new people or if the people who work there just stopped caring, but this place has gone downhill. I'll probably try them again in a month or two to see if they improve, but I definitely wasted my money tonight. Such a shame. I really crave those crunchy wings! read more

Pizza and calzone were delicious would have gotten 5 stars if we didn't order the tuna sub. They put cheese on it which we didn't order probably a poor attempt to cover up the fact that the tuna was ROTTEN!!!!! Smelled horrible, my son was violently I'll from it. Order delivery of spaghetti with meat sauce and the fried sea food meal. Spaghetti was below average and the salad it cam with was mostly white lettuce. The fried sea food meal was an all frozen meal. I don't think they made any of the sea food meal. Will not try it again. read more

My family and I ordered from Gino's tonight and they delivered. Not only did they deliver to the Vacation Village resort, they "delivered" a quality meal for the eight of us. The double cheese burger deluxe was out of this world. I wasn't expecting much from a burger that was being delivered 20 minutes away. The calzone was huge and delicious. They buffalo wings were top notch. The Caesars salad with grilled chicken received a double thumbs up from my wife. We're here for 4 more days, and we will definitely be ordering again.
