I was told later that the dress material was very thin so it cost more and the pant had a small slit on side so I was charged extra for both items. I don't think it is good business to not inform a customer of approximate cost before doing work. Had I known this cost I would have taken elsewhere and/or not done the pant. This tailor is not close to my house but I enjoyed supporting this business. I feel like I was taken advantage of so I won't be going back.

I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

We didn't think we needed to try them on since she measured them . We were going to a funeral out of town. when we got to our destination, he tried them on. She only took an inch off. Hi, I waited to leave this review because I wanted to really think about it…read more My daughter needed a ball gown hemmed and so we went in and they measured her dress and gave us an estimate of $80 with a receipt. Later that day they called us and said that they made a mistake and it was going to be a $120. Big difference. They told us it was because the seamstress looked at it and determined the estimate was too low. I let them know that if that was the case they should have had the seamstress there to do the estimate and that I felt they should honor their quote. They refused. I gave them a couple more chances. I called on the phone and spoke with the manager and let them know that in my opinion they were being shortsighted and that they might want to reconsider and honor their quote because not only was it the right thing to do but they were going to lose a customer because of it. Still no. I then offered to split the difference and they wouldn't do that either. I also let them know that I was also a business owner and would want someone to give me the opportunity to do the right thing and let me know before they just walked out. At the end of the day they did nothing. It was not okay so we picked up the dress and they lost a customer.
