The sweetest lady told us to come back in a couple hours and she would have the waistband fixed (was a botched take-in job)--didn't blink twice, didn't make it a big deal at all. We came back exactly that amount of time later, and not only were the pants fixed, they were impeccable! I normally have issues with tailors because they're never on time, and typically make me feel like crap if I need something done quickly. I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home.
