    Trestle Burger with side salad
    Erika F.

This is a local bar with great homemade food. The Trestle Burger is my absolute favorite, and it has grilled onions and mushrooms, bacon, cheese, and a Trestle sauce which is amazing. You'd never know their fries aren't fried--they're baked because they don't have a fryolator. Everything is freshly made. They offer daily specials, and a huge homemade dessert list. Portions are huge. I like to go for lunch when it's quiet. They offer live bands and performers so there is plenty of opportunity to choose the type of atmosphere you'd like, whether you like it crowded or quiet.

    Medium well

The atmosphere and vibes were pretty good when I came in here. The hostess was super friendly. My waitress was nice at first until I came back to send my food back. I asked for a medium rare burger and got it completely well done and bland. She wasn't very apologetic about it. Seemed annoyed that I even came up to ask for a new burger. I wasn't rude about it or anything. They made one on the fly and I left. Unfortunately they made the refire incorrect aswell. Instead of medium rare it was medium well. In the picture it looks more pink than it actually was in person. Such a shame I really was looking for a good burger that day

Lunch specials are always amazing. Staff is wonderful. Never a disappointment. Enough food choices for everyone.

Very, VERY good food! Deducted a star because the service was sub par. Jerked wings were 10/10

Nothing about this place makes me want to come back. The waitress was extremely rude and dismissive.

The salads are the key for me. Soooo good. Wish they delivered. Not a fan of the chicken tenders, way too thick yuck!

This classic old school space was renovated with updated hardwood flooring, sea green painted walls and exposed brick walls and wood walls behind the bar. The full service bar with seating and open kitchen area is on the left side section and the front window music stage and table seating is on the right side section. The bar offers 8 beers on draft, bottle/can beers, and wine. The Sleazy Vegan is selling their food truck, last parked at Tideline Public House in Durham and has moved into this permanent brick and mortar location, The Sleazy Vegan at Pembroke City Limits. At the time of this posting, they were offering their abbreviated vegan & plant based food menu including mac & sleaze, nachos, spicy Thai peanut lettuce cups, burgers, sausage hoagie with caramelized onions, hot dog, buffalo chickn' mac & cheese, chickn' burger, and Korean BBQ chickn' burger, and desserts (double choc shake, lemon cream frosty, sleazy frozen no-rita). The prices are moderate here. I stopped by Pembroke City Limits after work try out some vegan eats. I took a seat up at the bar and looked over the abbreviated menu already on the counter. I got a glass of tap ice water (they also offer bottled water) and decided on the SVFT Burger ($14 plus tax) and a side of Sleazy Mac & Cheese ($8 plus tax). My food served in disposable paper products was served in 12 minutes after ordering. The SVFT Burger is their Sleazy Vegan Food Truck Burger which was comprised of a very soft plant burger patty topped lettuce, tomato, onion & sriracha ketchup on an enriched white hamburger roll. The Sleazy Mac & Cheese had soft cavatappi pasta in a semi tangy cheese sauce (oat milk). The food was quite good for being vegan. The check was shown on a portable digital Square payment device, which came out to $23,87 with tax and before tip. There was also a local band setting up for a 6 pm live show near the front window. The Sleazy Vegan at Pembroke City Limits fills the void in the Concord area for prepared vegan and plant based foods in a fixed location. When Col's Kitchen in Concord closed, my vegan boss was really bummed out and has to travel to Green Beautiful in Manchester on the weekends during the day for prepared vegan food. My boss will be so thrilled to stop into this new place close to the office for dinner, drinks, and live music. I will be stopping by again when their menu is expanded and I can catch some live music too.

First time here. Went for Takeout at 7pm. 1 guy at the bar, 2 folks getting ready to play on stage…read more Bar tender, waitress and cook. Called in and ordered the rueben (2) and Chocolate cream pie. Got there and nobody said hello for the first 3-4 minutes which seems long. Standing by the food area facing the bar, and no one said I'll be right with you or even acknowledged I was there for another 4-5 minutes. Then the waitress looked at me and said they would be right with me. A few minutes later, bartender said "Are you Bruce?" That ended all conversation until the food was done. Now in fairness, I am a native New Yorker so I have expectations when it comes to NYC food such as a reuben. Disappointed for certain. The bread was double thick marble but could not even taste any rye, toasted so it made it very hard to bite. The meat was cut very thick and it was undercooked; so it was tough to chew. Maybe a 1/4Lb at the most. Had to look to find the swiss cheese. Sauce was good as was the amount and flavor of the sauerkraut. The pie was good. It looks llike a nice place, similar to other bars in the area, but this one has a small stage for entertainment. Will try once more as the burger was written about as much as the reuben. So, I'll let you all know when we go. Update: Just read the description - Not a real reuben as it is made with pastrami not corned beef.
