They've come back twice to slap on temporary fixes, but unsurprisingly, the problems keep returning because of their shoddy foundation work. Getting them to honor their warranty was a nightmare and took months of waiting. To top it off, their crew showed zero professionalism--rather than politely asking to use the restroom, they urinated on our shed right in view of our security cameras. When I would point out issues he said it looked great and there was nothing to worry about. The only thing he was willing to do was clean the stone, which does nothing for the grout. He also upsold us on a driveway replacement, which I regret now as he was very pushy and we probably didn't need it. I can honestly say that it's worse now that they've done the work. I tried to get a refund and they refused. It's questionable whether they are even licensed in Virginia.
