I do not recommend this company! Several times the pool guy spent a mere 15 minutes total while "servicing" the pool and the pool was often not cleaned satisfactorily. Most recently he left the backwash hose on and left the premises. My husband returned to find the pool halfway empty. He brought this to the owner's attention, Matt, who apologized and offered to comp a free month for this. Subsequent calls and emails to him went unanswered and, needless to say, no compensation was received. The owner lacks integrity and his staff perform substandard work. read more

Worst Pool Service!!! We have been using Tru Blue Pool Service for the past three years been satisfied until this past year. Although they come weekly and charge for service, pool is filthy after cleaning. We have now discovered an issue with a valve that is causing water to leak from the filter system. We believe the leaky valve has been an issue for the past month as our pool has been losing water. Tru Blue either did not find it or never informed us of it. WARNING !!!! WARNING!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!! THESES ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! DON NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!!! Stay away from these people like the plage. He told me he would charge credit card every 4 cleanings . $179.00. But then charged my credit card $145.00 the first week. The first day the man came to clean my pool he took a picture of my pool off the internet and recorded it so that every time he submitted it , it would show this picture of a sparkling clean pool. He did this the first time he came out , the next two cleanings he didn't show up at all. I cancelled after that, But he still charged my credit card. The agreement he made with me was 179.00 for 4 cleaning he only came out once, but he charged my credit card $342.00. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! read more

These guys lack integrity. Ryan came out to look at my sand filter on a Friday. Said he would send me an estimate for repair. Never did. Sent him a text asking for the estimate. No response. Contacted his brother Matt to see what's up. No response. I get that this is a busy time of year but to totally ignore a customer? Completely unprofessional. Avoid these clowns. read more

Oh my, where to start. My original pool cleaner sold his company, or client list to these folks in November 2018 so I didn't really have a choice who was going to clean my pool. I decided I would give these folks a chance so they came out for weekly maintenance and by February told me they were raising their rates. Apparently they didn't know that in Texas they had to pay taxes and charge customers for the taxes. I complained and they kept me at the same price - all is well - now I notice that instead of 1 guy coming there are 2 guys coming. Apparently the first guy was a part owner and was training someone new. At the end of March the owner leaves the new guy on his own. Fortunately he sends me pictures when he's done so that I can see what's going on. I notice that the pool is starting to really look cloudy, and when I ask he says it's the chemicals and will clear up. Then I start to notice that I'm getting a lot of DE on the floor of the pool. Then last week he comes on Wednesday and the pool is green by Friday - there is no way that should have happened with weekly maintenance. I look over the maintenance records and he has not backwashed the pool at all. I had to cancel a memorial day picnic at my house due to the green pool - he comes out today and backwashes and since he hasn't backwashed, there are broken grids in my DE filter - AND my pool is still green - DO NOT USE - THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING - ALSO, wanted to charge me $150 to clean the DE Filter that THEY broke, and my new pool service is charging $50.
