Attention to detail is evident with flatware being replaced and water being refilled without asking. The food offerings are elevated in quality and presentation which is reflected in the price point. In the rare event of a kitchen misstep, the dish is refired quickly and is usually delivered by a manager with a sincere apology. Polished service and astute management were not always the norm throughout the years, but it seems like the restaurant is firing on all cylinders currently. They also kindly cut and arranged the cheese for us, and it was perfect for two people. We got to try four wines: Italo Cescon Pinot Grigio, Schild Estate GMS, Viva Valentina Sangiovese, and Chateau Kefraya Les Breteches. The GMS and sangiovese were definitely my favorite.
