From the start, booking was a breeze; the receptionist was kind, knowledgeable, and highly accommodating. The actual visit went just as smoothly, despite the fact that I arrived as a bumbling bundle of nerves. In fact, I was so anxious that I accidentally bit my poor dental hygienist's finger during the initial exam. He takes time to educate you on your condition in a way that's easy to understand. He even comes out to greet patients personally when entering and actually remembered me when I came back for follow-up work a month later. Appointments are punctual, and even during a cleaning scheduled with the hygenist, Dr. Nittayo checked in to answer questions when passing by.
