Saw a lot of good reviews so I went to check it out myself. Small inside seating area. The amount of Togo orders was insane. We sat inside and were able to watch the world cup as we chatted. The wonton soup was delicious as we're the fried dumplings. I had the crispy Szechuan beef which was delightful! The sushi rolls were tasty as well. Fast friendly service. I ordered their 2 roll lunch special today and it was great! The order was ready in under 15 minutes and the employee who helped was very nice. I ordered the Boston roll and Philadelphia roll. The fish was extremely fresh and the mayo on top of the Boston roll was great! The miso soup was very tasty and the salad was good as well. This is a great deal for lunch at $11.50 for 2 rolls. I will be back again in the future to try other rolls from Vincent's! read more

What a wonderful sushi spot with other Asian dishes! We come here pretty often for sushi and Chinese food. Wife and I actually sat down here 1 night and it was amazing! Great service! They were quick with refills and always made sure that we were ok. Place is beautiful inside as well. Beautiful dark colors and feels fancier than it actually is. Some of the food stand outs are the egg rolls, anyone who makes bad ones probably isn't in business lol! Wonton soup, another delicious classic. Fried rice is actually fried!!!! Always a plus! I dislike places that say yellow rice is fried... Our go to is sweet and sour chicken, kids love it lol! Wife loves pepper steak and so does FiL. They both enjoy the chicken lomein. I do too! My go to is Mongolian beef with only onions, not the biggest fan of the bean shoots or whatever the other item is. Sushi is pretty good too, not 100% sure if it's fresh or frozen, but it still is good! From salmon to tuna, we have tried a dozen or so of them and no complaints! All pretty delicious! Special mention to Chinese pizza which is the scallion pancake. Also pizza egg rolls are pretty good! Don't get the peanut wraps... I was not a fan. I ordered 1 chicken tempura 1 Hawaii roll and 2 cucumber avocado rolls. I was missing an order of the cucumber avocado rolls and didn't realize until I ate my portions which was 8 pc of the avocado roll. 8 pc would've been left after only eating 8 pcs if two orders had come in the box. (Mind you I've ordered this exact order before, I know what it's supposed to look like) I called to let them know that I was missing an order of my cucumber avocado roll. They asked how it came packaged and I told them chicken tempura was by its self and the Hawaii roll and cucumber avocado was together. I've been coming here for 3 years I know the portions and the differences between rolls. They told me that it was packaged completely differently than how I received it and tried calling me a liar. They asked for pictures of it but again I ate my chicken tempura and my 8 pcs of cucumber avocado. I know what I ate and they tried saying that I ate all 16 pcs and going far enough to try to fat shame me. The disrespect was absolutely disgusting. They went from yelling and berating me to oh you can come pick up your roll in 5 minutes... customer service was absolutely terrible. I never had a problem with them before and I loved them but with how they handled this situation I will no longer be a customer and l'll make sure everyone knows how I was treated. Ooof. I used to love Vincent's but over the past 2 years it has seriously declined. Specifically the sushi is just not the same quality. Anytime I ever get a roll I end up, throwing out the majority of it because it falls apart and something about it tastes off. Either the cucumber is super bitter or taste like it was pickled? Or the fish is fishy tasting and is just not cut properly so it's thick and chewy. Every single time I get disappointed by their food I stop ordering from there and wait a couple months and order again hoping it's changed and I'm still disappointed. Also, I'm sick of them cutting the salmon sushi how it is pictured below that is not how you cut salmon sushi properly to be served to someone who is purchasing it. That's just not how it should look. It makes it hard to chew and grisly. Granted the Chinese is decent but the sushi has gotten to be pretty low grade if you ask me. I probably won't stop going there because it's one of the only sushi places in my area and unfortunately, there's no better options as of right now. read more

First time ordering takeout from Vincent's in Medford. We usually order Asian cuisine elsewhere but we like to try different restaurants. Vincent's is a keeper for sure! Everything we ordered was excellent and delivery was right on time. I can usually tell how good a place is by the chicken fried rice and this was one of the best I've had. They do not have this roll online, where I placed my order, but I just called them right after and they added it on with no issues! The best! Crab salad- Very good! A perfect little side. Tuna sushi dinner- Came with a great amount of food and super fresh! We had a choice of salad or soup! Sweet and sour chicken- GREAT portion size for the price and very delicious. Sauce came on the side which surprised me. (Lunch portion)- Still delicious and a good amount! When we order takeout it's usually from Vincent's. I typically try to use one of their apps to order, so that I can specify dietary requests as we're vegan. I usually put a note on each item that I know might have non-vegan elements, and request that they do not include those ingredients. Most of the time it goes well, however lately we have had instances where they supply non-vegan dishes, which sadly we have to throw away. We've now started calling in our order directly, so that we can specify our request directly. The last order was perfect as a result. The good news is that they're always very busy, which is great to see during these difficult times for small business. The bad news is that you may have to wait to pick up your order. Received a gift card for my birthday last year and finally got around to using it. I called in a pick-up order at 7:05 pm. The man who answered the phone was professional and courteous. I ordered a maki sushi combo (which came with soup or salad) and Kung Pao Chicken combination platter (which came with pork fried rice and an egg roll). The Maki combo came with a tuna roll, a salmon roll, and a California roll. Was told 15 minutes. I arrived and walked in at 7:20. All 3 people at the counter were pleasant and worked with smiles on their faces. My food was ready as I arrived as promised. They were efficient and organized as it looked like there were plenty more to-go/ pick-up orders they were preparing. I paid $26 and some change with tax included which I was happy with considering the generous portions and where prices are these days. Quality sushi as always. Kung Pao chicken was (temperature) hot and flavorful (maybe could've been a tad spicier but no complaints here). Pork fried rice was great. Classic tasting miso soup and a perfectly fried egg roll. I'm updating my review now because of the HORRIBLE meals I have received from this establishment. besides the woman again lying about being the manager and then 2nd owner, I spoke to the owner (I think) who was confrontational and defended his cuisine. I ordered tofu and tempura. the tofu was over cooked and extremely chewy beyond belief. the chicken in the tempura was nervy and tough. the tempura itself was soggy. the owner only offered to credit me the money for the tofu on the next order. I asked him to remake the dishes properly which he refused. he also scolded me for giving him a poor review on this site. so I'm just going to tell you, if you want quality Asian food in the Medford area, there are several options, but Vincent's is not one of them. they are rude, dishonest, and their quality is subpar. Money to them is more important than quality of your dinner. The bottom line is, if you're going to pay high prices for "gourmet food" you should receive it, not low cost, cheapest quality you can get, ingredients.
