Every time I've eaten there it is mostly empty with only the sound from a tv....erie. The men's bathroom on my last visit was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Ever. I have been coming to this place ever since my brother and his family moved up to the Santa Clarita Valley, almost 13 years ago. I have had good experiences with them until today. The only reason why I give this place 3 stars is because of their food. Definitely not their wait staff! WHAT I ORDERED: I had a personal pizza with sausage and mushrooms with a side of jalapenos. A personal pizza and unlimited refills on soda for 7.50. You can't beat that with a baseball bat! The food came out and it was good as I've had before. What makes this place so good is their crust. I'm more of a thick crust kind of guy, so I enjoy a pie with a thick helping of carbs at the end. Definitely a must if you have never tried such a place! WAIT STAFF: It was about 2:00, so my mom and I were the only ones in the whole joint. The lady that helped us wasn't too friendly and when we went to leave, the least she could have said was a "Thank you". I mean, people at Subway greet and thank you when you come in and out of their place. I don't know. I am just a big proponent of customer service. If people come to your establishment to eat and their money is helping you pay your bills, the least you can do is say thank you. But I guess that's just me. I live in the valley and have been told about Vincenzo's Pizza for a while now and I never had the opportunity to taste it. I worked in restaurant management for 23 years and know the business very well and have very high expectations! Last night I called to place an order and was on hold for over 10 minutes. When I got there, I asked to speak to a manager in which I did. He apologized profusely and told me that they were some circumstances on why it took so long. He was very kind and apologetic and gave me a small discount for the inconvenience. I'm not telling you this story to ask for a discount every time we feel that something is wrong , but to tell you that they were truly and sincerely sorry. I took the pizza to my friends house and took a bite........ Vincenzo's pizza is the best damn pizza I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! You can taste that they only use the highest quality ingredients! They turned my frown upside down and put the biggest smile on my face because I was impressed of the quality and taste of the pizza!! Was better pizza prior to covid first there was less sausage on recent pizzas and now the pieces are now getting smaller and smaller

I normally do not give bad reviews but this Vincenzo's has the worst service ever. Last time ordering from them. Pizza is good that is why I have tried more than once. First time - the person who took order never put in the order so called after waiting over an hour which they said would take up to an hour and found out never put in my order. Of course kids waiting to eat. 2nd time - Ordered and again took longer than they said and then forgot the wings. 3rd time - Person on phone said 45 min. Called at the hour and said the driver just left and would be there in 10. well was not. Got pizza in about 85 minutes and pizza and wings cold and salad warm. Again kids waiting to eat. Learned my lesson and will not be ordering from them again. read more

I like Vencenzo's! My husband and his softball team come here regularly after their Tuesday night games, sometimes I tag along. Upon walking in, this is not really my kind of place. This sounds really bad, but it looks like the kind of place that would be great to bring a big group of kids. Now most softball/soccer/Tball parents would think this is a good thing. I just try to avoid large groups of kids, my mother is hoping it's just a faze that I will outgrow. Luckily for me, my husbands games are usually at night and usually there are only a few tables with kids. (I'm sure as I write this my kid-loving friends are deleting me.) it's not that I don't like kids, I just don't have any yet so the thought of being around loud, rowdy groups of them is not my idea of a good time. Why I'm spending so much time on this is beyond me, seeing as how when I go this is never an issue. I think my point is, if you are looking for a place to accommodate a big group this place looks great for it. At first menu glance it looks a little pricey, but then you see the pizzas. These things are HUGE! Like, if I am starving and totally pigging out I may eat two pieces. The crust is the best part. I don't know how their thin crusts are, but as a complete crust lover this place delivers with every pie. So much that when a friend cut off his crust I actually ate it off his place without feeling any shame whatsoever! It is that frickin' good! They have beer and wine too, which is probably a prerequisite if you are going around Little League hours. :) The team is also a big fan of their cheese bread, personally though, I like to save all of my carbs for that insanely good crust! read more

Pizza is good. Antipasti salad is really good to, but it would have tasted even better if the kids working there had put the ranch in the bag like I requested. Its extremely frustrating when you get your food to go only to find when you get home and it's not what you wanted. Way to crush a pregnant woman's hopes of satisfying her cravings. Having the peanuts for free beforehand was nice. The pizza looked pretty appetizing but didn't quite live up to its promise - it was okay though. They didn't short on toppings, the crust had a good fluffy but chewy texture. The thing that was a little disappointing was the sauce. Maybe it's just personal preference but I found the sauce to be a little short on flavor. Let me start by saying that the pizza is really good. But it's extremely expensive. Like.. I might have to go to the bank and take out a loan the next time I want to eat here expensive. My family and I have been enjoying Vincenzo's Pizza for almost 10 years. The pizza is always fresh. The crust is substantial and has a hint of garlic. The only reason I didn't give Vincenzo's 5 stars is the price. The price of the pizza considerably more than you might pay at other pizza parlors, but we are willing to pay more for superior quality. The dining room is nice and there's usually a game on the numerous TVs. I love this place and appreciate local businesses that provide a good value and hire nice people. I had a delivery pizza to my house. I had to pay for extra toppings. They forgot to deliver my bread, my pizza with an additional two toppings, and the right salad that I paid extra for. I called back to let them know about everything that was missing. They said they would put a credit in my name for next time and that they were sorry. Was quite disappointed when I went there on a Sunday night, to find out they are protesting the NFL. Don't go their expecting to watch any NFL football. However, they make one of the better pizzas in SFV, they definitely got the perfect crust texture! I love the atmosphere, service and the peanuts! Have visited Vincenzo's numerous times over the years. Pizza has always been on the costly side but has generally been pretty good. Over the last few visits, corners seem to have been cut on quality while prices remain high and service poor. Went to the restaurant with a large family group and ordered a few different pizzas, hot wings salad and such. Salad was bare bones with only a two peppers and hardly anything else, which is bad for an antipasto. When asked simply for basil on the margarita pizza, they didn't use or have any. When asked to provide ranch dressing for the salad and wings, the busboy sent out the person at the counter and they said each ranch will cost us an additional 25 cents each. This place has gone down hill in both service and quality while going up in price. Will not continue to support. read more
