I was a walk in and appreciated they could see me. I did also like the end result and she was quick doing both my eyebrows and upper lip. She had great attention to detail too. But the way she did my eyebrows was super rough. I could forgive one cut, but I had multiple cuts (you can see multiple scabs) and one was very close to the corner of my eye. It's partially technique and partially instruction (I needed to hold my skin more taut, but she didn't correct me). She does very precise threading work, but I could feel her getting very close to my eyelid. As much as I like the look, the scabbing and cuts make me never want to return. The skin around your eyes is delicate and should be treated as much. read more
