Before even coming out, he took time to try to help us troubleshoot the issue, which we really appreciated. After arriving, he was able to clearly explain the situation, walk us through our options, and provide quotes for several jobs. We ultimately hired him to remove the extra pipe and reroute the dishwasher water supply to the kitchen sink, and he did a great job. He was professional, informative, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. When our motion sensor kitchen faucet started giving us trouble at the end and the hot water would not stop running, he went above and beyond by contacting Moen for us, helping get a replacement part sent out, and then coming back to install it and make sure everything was working properly. He decided to come by and look at it and confirmed the issue but did no know how to fix it. I continued to message for several weeks and he would either ignore my text or say he waiting for a call back from the company. After dealing with this for 3 months I decided to call the company of the heater and working 5 min they told what the issue likely was. They were unable to send me a warranty part or go through actual trouble shooting with me because I am not a licensed plumber. However the part they suggested was only $10 so I ordered one else where and replaced it myself. I'm not upset that my unit had an issue I'm upset that he did not actually try to solve it.
