He communicates well with tenants on any issues that may affect us. He fixes issues quickly and has made a number of improvements. I occasionally enjoy the food truck that Ryan contracted to come onsite! Its actually really amazing food especially when I dont have time to leave the office to find something in town. This is a well run place if you need an office or large secure yard for equipment. Location is really ideal. Easy on/off the 101 freeway.

Not only were the Santa Rosa Stor-All units bigger, they were a better price too. As if that wasn't enough, they honored a deal we had with a totally different company and gave us our first month free. It was so above and beyond! They also let us know that our stay was prorated, so we would only pay for the days we stayed over a month, AND they'd let us borrow a truck for 24 hours for free to move our things out. From the time I called in the friendliness and customer service was top-notch and very genuine. I personally appreciate this as a consumer, no matter what business I'm dealing with. They talked about my needs and pricing and how they operate and it was super helpful. No pressure from the reviews and pictures I felt and my phone call. I felt comfortable to do everything remotely in securing a unit with the idea once I needed needed it after office business hours I would be able to access and use it I went in person after my phone call and again the personalities of both employees super friendly and helpful and the facility facility is very clean.
