    Fully Community project. Well coordinated.

    We worked as a vendor for Vintage Group, specifically Sarah. More than impressed with her communication but most importantly her knowledge of the construction industry. Communication and service was great. Honestly the best experience we have had in a long time dealing with property management representatives.

    Homeowners pay Hoa dues to live in a gated community and Vintage group allows gates to remain open 24/7 allowing general public to enter at all hours.

    Vintage Group and Emily does a fantastic job managing our communities. She's professional, responsive, and always on top of any issues that come up. Communication is clear and timely, and you can tell she genuinely care about the residents and the quality of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Vintage Group, Emily, and their services to any HOA looking for reliable management.

    Front gate that delivery companies can't access because it's been broken for months because of VINTAGE GROUP's mismanagement.

Luckily, Legacy Property Management came thru in every way and has made the entire process seamless for me. My initial contact with Legacy Property Management started with Steve coming out to my property to personally discuss my needs regarding my home that I wanted to rent out. He was super helpful and answered all my questions as well as walked me thru the entire rental process. LPM was the only management company that offered to meet in person as the rest that I had called wanted to give me "estimates" over the phone without having ever seen my home. Steve was very personable and was someone I felt comfortable chatting with. Afterward, I've been very fortunate to work directly with Wayne who has been fantastic. He is a professional and very knowledgeable and you can tell he has many years experience in this industry. He promptly answers my email concerns / questions. He has been on top of my tenants requests and reaches out to me when only absolutely necessary. Otherwise the entire process has been hands off which is exactly what I wanted. Now that the 1st year is almost done, he's been proactive on the renewal process and provided his professional recommendation on next steps. Also I have to add that Wayne made the tax season easy for me and provided all the necessary documents promptly. I highly recommend Legacy Property Management to manage your home rental. I definitely stand by my 5 star rating.

We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.

An overall $100-$150 difference on a $4,200 listing is standard and was approached in good faith. We were told pricing would only be considered with a strong application, which is why we applied, paid fees, and submitted full documentation. After doing so, there was no flexibility. Our primary communication was through our agent, and we only saw Christopher associated with the listing, so those were the only contacts we were aware of. My husband had one interaction with David, and Amber had a brief call after coming across the listing online, not realizing it was the same property we had already submitted for. The call was simply to confirm whether pricing was negotiable before moving forward. Once any overlap was realized, our agent was immediately informed. There was no attempt to bypass anyone. This review reflects our experience. It is meant for others to understand what we encountered, not for ongoing arguments. We do not see any basis for involving attorneys over a simple review based on our experience, especially while being called dishonest and accused of things that are not accurate. This could have been resolved through a direct conversation, which we would have welcomed, and David had previously stated we were free to share our experience. If your attorneys would like to reach out, we are more than willing to answer any questions. We made a reasonable request, followed the process as presented, and did not see the flexibility that was initially suggested. We consider this matter closed

Any time an issue comes up--whether it's a maintenance request or just a question--they respond quickly and take care of it with care and respect. It's clear they genuinely care about the people who live here. The property is always clean, updated, and beautifully kept. My experience with them was really bad…read more When water started leaking from my ceiling on Saturday, I called the emergency maintenance number multiple times and couldn't reach anyone. I was left waiting until Monday for repairs. This number (949) 997-1426 is used across all the AMC communities and it's not working. The onsite front desk team did their best to help, but even they were unable to get in touch with emergency maintenance. The fact that building staff couldn't reach the emergency team during an actual emergency is incredibly ironic. What's the point of an emergency line if nobody answers when residents need help? Marketing slogans mean nothing when residents can't get assistance during an actual emergency. Very disappointing experience.
