The guy wearing Aaron's Jersey was allowed to continue participating in the Halloween Paintball Event. The refs were very slow to intervene in such a critical situation. My 12 year old was here with 3 of his friends. They had an amazing time. It was their first time playing paint ball and the staff was super helpful. The kids started playing at 10:00 and played until 5pm. I didn't expect them to play more than 2 hours but when I came to pick them up they were not ready to leave and begged to stay longer. We play paintball a few times a year and have been to every place near the metro! This one takes the cake! By far the best playing fields! Way better atmosphere and much cleaner than others. Rental gear here is modern and high end vs. other places are using stuff from the 90's. Love how this place lets you book online. Super easy and straight forward vs. others. I should also mention they have a full store and tech center to fix stuff. Concessions on site too. read more

It was a goal of mine to play paintball this year and after a little research of options in the area, I picked Vintage Paintball. The experience from start to finish was almost perfect. We reserved a private party since we had 8 people. Our start time was 2:00 and one person in our group decided to arrive separately- the staff was so nice and patient while we waited for our last friend who ended up being 20+ minutes late (I was less patient). We had a ref and got our pick of the many courses in the field. We rented guns and bought paint and basically had a blast despite the fact that it was really hot out and we all sweat a lot through our masks. We had a range of experience with paint ball and with guns in general and our ref walked us through the process and showed us the ropes. I have just 3 suggestions/comments. First, it is a little unclear when signing up for the private party that the $100 you pay is not really a deposit, like it states, but is actually a registration/rental fee. I was under the impression that the $100 would go toward my rental package but was told otherwise when we arrived. That was frustrating but made sense when it was explained to me- it just needs to be clearer on the website. Second, I was disappointed that the paint was white! I thought the point of paint ball was to be colorful so that was a bummer but didn't really detract from our experience. And third, because my friend wanted me to mention this, they sell Doritos at the concession but not Cool Ranch Doritos so plan ahead. :) read more

The staff was truly embarrassing to witness. What I assume was the management yelling at other customers, myself and even their own staff for things that were either minuscule problems or not the persons fault. Situations where talking was more than reasonable. Unsafe playing fields, I tripped over what I think was an old rusty box spring. This was on the edge of the woods, but almost in the middle of the playing area. I fell on top of it and cut up my hand and did more damage to one of my fingers. After exiting the field (properly, gun cap on, safety on, mask on till fully exited) I was yelled at by one of the staff, had my gun taken away, told my day was done and I was sent on my way. No assistance for the injury, not even anything to clean or bandage the wound. Definitely better places to play than here. Very unprofessional. read more

Garbage service. Inferior products. These people only care about your dollar and it's been proven time and time again!! If you don't believe me, see for yourself. You will be treated like you don't mean a thing unless you're spending money. BEWARE. Spend your money elsewhere. This goes for the shop as well. read more

We played at Vintage Paintball Park for my son's 15th birthday. It was a wonderful experience. He and his friends, and his siblings (and dad) had a great time. Our referee was very friendly, knowledgeable, and introduced us to a lot of new game modes, which we really enjoyed. We are novice players, but the park had all the equipment we needed to make it a successful venture. I think it was the perfect activity during COVID, especially for a birthday party, since outdoor paintball is perfect for social distancing. The time flew by, and by the end of the day we still felt ready to keep going. We will definitely come back! I highly recommend them. read more

My wife bought a Groupon and the sales and service staff were less than helpful to say the least, very condescending and disinterested. We were told the Groupon was not for players who bring there own guns so we had to rent air tanks and had to argue to get the 100 paintballs as part of our package. Fields, refs and other players were a lot of fun but we won't be back. read more

I was a little concerned since there was only one other review, but I have to say I had a great time. I'm from out of town and here for work but on my day off I decided to give it a shot. I went there alone but everybody was social and we all had a great time. They're a little on the expensive side, even by paintball standards, but I'll still go again if I'm ever in the area again. read more

We had a bad experience here with a birthday party. We did arrive 15 minutes late for our start time and after standing in line for 30 minutes they informed us that we had to forfeit our $80 deposit and pay an additional $10 per player fee. They stated this was somewhere in the contract, which it is, but it's not communicated anywhere other than in the terms and conditions. Terrible policy and communication-- we won't honor them with any future business. We understand it's our responsibility to read the fine print. The gaming was just ok-- our party host was disengaged. Played at this field several times, the staff is very nice and courteous but the owner gives paintball fields a bad rap. As of fall of 2016 it will cost a player around $60 for admission and 2 bags of their "special field paint". Open play can expect to only really play 3 or 4 fields a day depending on the numbers of players who show up. Be ware though owner likes to through his weight around and treat everyone as children that need to be scolded. read more

Purchased a Groupon deal which was worth the money however when purchasing extra paintballs, the clerk over charged me by double when there was clearly a cheaper option available. I feel he took advantage of the fact I had never been there. Also being new, I accidentally broke an important safety rule. The ref was correct by suspending me from the round, but he got loud and needlessly freaked out when he could have just talk to me. Lastly one of the rental guns broke during a round, when we took it to the counter for a fix or new gun, the same clerk from earlier told me it would cost $100 dollars. However, He didn't charge me but instead told me twice that I better give him a good review. Keep in mind these guns are all VERY used and not completely functional (most did not have the safety switches) and were old and worn. I looked up the price of the broken hose on amazon and they go for $14.00. The positive is that my kids and their friends had a great time despite the douchebaggery of the staff. I'd check out the other places nearby before I would go back. read more
