Maybe with their new store they don't have enough product for both. The Brisket was very good. The Dominican spices made the bark worth while. Had Mac 'n cheese and Cole Slaw as sides. The Mac 'n cheese was excellent, and I don't usually like Mac 'n cheese. The Cole slaw was inedible. Just cabbage and a spice. Just dry and gritty. We had one bite each and tossed it. And of course because it is in the Time Out Market there was virtually no seating. More than half the seating was people holding space, no food no drinks. We approached a spot and a guy said the seat was taken. There were two chairs so he said we could have one. Finished our food and left. The other person never showed up. Holding space for an hour and a half? They need to force people to buy something if they are going to sit.
