Got my windows tinted recently and the process was efficient! Service took about an hour for 5 of my windows! Went back to get the visor on my front windshield which took 30 ish minutes. The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is because they quoted me for $195 for 5 windows and the visor strip on the front windshield on Yelp but when I went in they did not include that and made me pay an extra $25 without a discount for the error on their end. (Not a big deal to me but would have been nice to have some discount or compensation for the error on their end). Other than that service is good and employees are nice. read more

I contacted VIP Kustomz initially to look at my current tint. Steve was honest and suggested i go back to original tinter to see if it's covered under warranty. I did that. In the meantime i purchased another car. Because i was referred to VIP by my niece and the initial contact with Viri and Steve with my yukon, i went back to have them tint the new vehicle. Went here to inquire about a tint job a month ago. I walked in , there was a large Latino man sitting at the front desk. He didn't speak, I had to greet him. I continued to ask about tint percentages, etc and explain the amount of tint my car already does/doesn't have. He explained in 1/2 a** way, was very dry and appeared as if he wasn't interested in talking to me. Not professional at all. He had a very irritated look on his face the entire time. Brought my truck in to have it troubleshooted for a battery-drain issue. Some autoshop said it was my stereo but Ruben was able to figure out it was actually my old alarm system that was still plugged in. He also fixed a corroded connection that was causing my speakers to constantly cut out. Before he was done, I asked him to install a remote-start system. He was able to get it all done on same visit and didnt overcharge me. Pricing is more than fair, and you get a break-down of costs so you dont have to wonder if you over-paid or not. read more

My car was broken into and someone attempted to steal the stereo. VIP Kustomz were able to fix it the same day and repair the antenna wire that was broke in the process. I went to VIP KUSTOMZ and got a lot of work done to my car, I spent around $3500 total with them I had an alarm system, remote start, touch screen, A full sounds system replacing every speaker, 2 amps and 2 subs installed and it has been a horrible since the beginning! I am a very patient person and I gave them multiple chances over the course of a month and a half it is now 7 months since I got the work done and there is still issues that aren't solved and to give them an HONEST CHANCE TO FIX their mistakes I tried to be patient with them but after having to return for the SAME ISSUE MULTIPLE times week over the course of 2 months all because of mistakes they made causing me to be stranded from cranking my vehicle endlessly and have my alarm unpair causing the alarm to ringing endlessly! This is ridiculous and unprofessional!! FIRST- They installed this apple car play touchscreen and every time I hit a bump the screen turns off and they claimed because it was too hot from the sun but I have Ceramic Tint on every single window in my car!! My car doesn't get anywhere near as close to how hot a car gets without tint and it still damages the screen this is a horrible product and They told me I had to remove the screen every time I park and to put it away so the sun wouldn't damage it! Why would you sell something so horrible and recommend me removing my screen constantly when you know that will damage the screen even more and I paid so much money for a product that is garbage, and it got worse when I came back to have it fixed because now a majority of the time it just falls off and I have to constantly pop it back into place and it isn't sturdy at all it falls with just a small touch SECOND- I had to return multiple times because my remote start was not working at all it would have 1 successful attempt and then the rest were just failures and it would sometimes crank my vehicle endlessly causing my starter to burn out and it drained my battery because it wasn't functioning properly, it would lose connections and I had to pair it all the time because it would u pair and cause my alarm to Blair endlessly and it was they're fault for not installing it correctly and they claimed it was a "factory defect" and all these models were having issues and after over 6 attempts and replacements to fix it and countless times where my car had to crank itself and die but that is simply "NOT TRUE" because after they got the new replacement that wasn't defective it was still having these same issues and they wouldn't even test the vehicle because right when I would get my keys and try testing it right away outside they're work Front my car would crank endlessly and won't start so they couldn't use the excuse of it being defective anymore and finally one of the employees after weeks and MULTIPLE visits tried wiring it directly to the engine to bypass the system again after they claimed to already have done it and now it barely works and I think it would have worked from the start if they just tried that to begin with!! THIRD-they wired the sounds backwards so the front speakers were playing in the back vice versa They wasted all my time and made me lose even more money than I spent because I had to leave work and drop my car off more than 10x just to fix all the issues they caused!! I don't recommend this place it is expensive and they won't take care of your car no matter how much money you spend with them because $3500 is not a cheap job and I expected it to Atleast work when I got it!! read more

I have a 98 Pontiac trans am and the back glass is upper hard to do . But they knocked it out of the park I didn't have any tint . I got 5 percent all around and 45% on the windshield . About 6 months ago I had audio work done at this shop. Not too happy with it. I initially went in and got an estimate to install a new stereo and rear view camera that I already purchased elsewhere. I received my estimate and got estimates at other shops. This was the best estimate by $40. I returned to vip Kustomz the following week for installation. When I showed the estimate to them they wanted to take a look at my truck again. Note they increased the estimate because it was a lot of work? I went ahead with it. I was advised the the door speakers were no good, so they sold me a set of speakers, another $85. Finally got every than the time I was quoted. Stereo worked, backup canners worked. A couple days later I noticed the kick panel on drivers side was loose and my hood release was loose. I popped it back in place. The passenger door panel light bulb was hanging loose under the panel. I opened the panel and snaked the bulb back into where it belonged. My seat belt chimes don't work anymore! The stereo is not installed flush up against the dash bezel. I meant to go back and complain but I've been too busy. I would never go back there for audio with. Price increased about $200 from original estimate, bad unprofessional install work. I would have done a 100% better work on install if I had the time. That's why I went to a shop. One star because the stereo and backup camera work. I should have gone to a different shop. Don't waste your time and money here. read more

We took it to VIP Kustomz and WOW, they removed the old tint without damaging the heater lines in the rear window which was a great concern for all.
