So we bought our granddaughter a 3000GT. It's a 1997 and had tint on the windows that was in need of removal. We took it to VIP Kustomz and WOW, they removed the old tint without damaging the heater lines in the rear window which was a great concern for all. Yesterday (Saturday) it's late afternoon and trying to find a quote to get my spoiler on a '17 Maxima custom fitted. Came across VIP Kustomz about half hour out from me. I was little doubtful of getting install done since it was already getting late. Staff very polite, Bernie explained the process and started to work on the spoiler. Turns out more complex than expected but Bernie (main installer) and others working on the car came thru! Determined to finish the project without rushing / we were there after closing hours. About 6 months ago I had audio work done at this shop. Not too happy with it. I initially went in and got an estimate to install a new stereo and rear view camera that I already purchased elsewhere. I received my estimate and got estimates at other shops. This was the best estimate by $40. I returned to vip Kustomz the following week for installation. When I showed the estimate to them they wanted to take a look at my truck again. Note they increased the estimate because it was a lot of work? I went ahead with it. I was advised the the door speakers were no good, so they sold me a set of speakers, another $85. Finally got every than the time I was quoted. Stereo worked, backup canners worked. A couple days later I noticed the kick panel on drivers side was loose and my hood release was loose. I popped it back in place. The passenger door panel light bulb was hanging loose under the panel. I opened the panel and snaked the bulb back into where it belonged. My seat belt chimes don't work anymore! The stereo is not installed flush up against the dash bezel. I meant to go back and complain but I've been too busy. I would never go back there for audio with. Price increased about $200 from original estimate, bad unprofessional install work. I would have done a 100% better work on install if I had the time. That's why I went to a shop. One star because the stereo and backup camera work. I should have gone to a different shop. Don't waste your time and money here. read more

Ruben, as I suspected, there was a problem. They didn't tint the front windows like I said. I know now to only deal with the owner. I texted you: "I just dropped off the Ford Escape for the tint job. Not sure the employee understood what I wanted done as I told him I wanted it done the same as the Explorer. Double checking for possibility of him not knowing what I meant." After the fact. It was a mistake not to talk to you. You never texted me back. Not mad, just disappointed. Windows are barely tinted now in the front sides. Nothing like the Explorer like I showed him. I was looking for a place to tint my SUV and found this hidden gem. the lady was very nice and friendly and even let me watch netflix. i was told on the phone that it may take 3 hrs. so i was prepared and brought my ipad with me, but by the time i got there, i was told that it may take 2 hrs. to put the tint on.. thats even better!! the place is clean and organized and they also carry car speakers, maybe next time i will definitely come back to replace my default speakers bec. i recently changed my car stereo. though, i was disappointed that they didnt tint my windshield but later i found out that it also extra to put it on, so i just left it like that, overall they did an amazing job and my car cools down and i dont have to suffer the heat burning my skin, and i also got the lifetime warranty! read more

My headlight was full of condensation and water which eventually led to the HID ballast going out. The people here took care of me and spent a lot of time resealing the headlight and replacing my ballast. I brought the parts in for my Lexus and they gave me a fair price for labor! I saved a lot of money compared to buying new headlights. If they start having condensation again, I'll for sure buy new ones but for right now I think the repair is worth it. I like the OEM headlights with adaptive technology which most aftermarket lights don't offer. Great work and great customer service! You know a shop is good when they're busy. read more

This place is amazing, Viri and the rest of the staff that work there truly care for their customers. I had a couple of amplifiers, a subwoofer and some speakers installed a few days ago, and unfortunately I had a death in the family and had to return some of the merchandise to help cover funeral costs, but Viri was very sweet and consoling toward my situation she even helped me get the finance company on the phone who I was financing my merchandise through and helped me though the entire return process. Incredibly great service! Installed a new stereo in my Mercedes and then bought a steering wheel control unit that I could not get to work. After 3 calls to the manufacture and no help I took it to VIP kustoms.
