My first time experience was terrible. I went with 2 friends. The girl that did my pedicure was suppose to do my friends feet but she said she didn't know how to do a simple line so she had someone else do it. She rushed my pedicure, #18 says 45 minutes. Even my friends noticed she was already painting my toes while they were still getting their toes still cut and cleaned. I did not like the big toe she put on 4 layers trying to fix it because it was so uneven. She insisted on taking off all of it, I politely declined because my friends were almost done. She still took off the polish from one feet when she could have just fixed the toe. I told her to have someone else fix it, and I waited there for 30 ish minutes. The whole salon was gossiping about it. And my friends were literally waiting for me. Her attitude was nasty and she was sloppy. I still paid full price she knew how unhappy I was and how much time she wasted. The manager himself was laughing about it. Do not do pedicures if your going to rush and don't take on gel if you don't know how to use gel polish. If I could rate a zero, i would. read more

I came with my friend to get a full set and her a pedicure. Her pedicure was 80 mins. They put a timer on. She got done with her pedicure before they even brought me back for my nails. The entire time my friend was getting her pedicure I was just waiting to be seen. I didn't even bother getting my nails done and having my friend wait how ever long it would take for me to be done. Don't come her with your friends. They don't know how to coordinate seeing people in groups. Very exude and inconsiderate. I've never seen a nail salon do this. read more

I walked into VIP Nails for the first time today. I asked for a fill and pedi and was checked in right away. I was offered a beverage and got the iced tea and it was so good! The nail tech that took care of me was Lan and she absolutely did a phenomenal job. I asked for a French tip with glitter and she made sure I was satisfied! This review is just for their PEDICURES . As fast as they are, its a hit or miss here i got serviced saturday morning 09/18 and it was the worst service i have got for 65 dollars. Besides the fact they try to upsell you a service i asked for 40 dollar service . I did have previous gel on so normally they charge 5 to take it off, come to find out it was 15 for gel and 10 for removal ? Besides the fact i got cut on my toes and my cuticles were pushed way back , my nail got infected she cut more then she was supposed to. I did get nails done however that same day which i ended up spending 135 but my nails were done exceptionaly and good nail prepping by jenny i 100% recomend her work she takes her time and listens to what you want done. But like i said this review is for the PEDICURES. Go elsewhere they do a horrible job for the price you pay, they use the same tools and pumic stones for everyone they service which is not good and never worth discomfort. read more

Jenny is the best nail design and technician. She is the only one I would let touch my nails, at other salons it was painful as I have very sensitive nails. Went yesterday for a pedicure and full set and they were very quick and attentive and had a great system .Ben did my pedicure he made me feel so relaxed and did such an amazing job on my toes and foot massage he gets 10 stars if I could he was very friendly and understanding about what I needed done I will definitely be going back to him ! This is the 3rd time I have been back to VIP. The staff is courteous, the amenities and customer service is great. The place is beautiful inside. I have had a pedicure and gel manicure each time and have been very pleased with them all. However, on my third visit there were kitchen timers and notes taped to each chair. I find this very unprofessional and who wants to listen to a timer when you are trying to relax and enjoy being pampered. It made a beautiful place seem unprofessional and cheap, as well as my time their seem rushed. Please remove the timers there are better ways to make sure your staff is efficient. read more

Heard there was a new nail salon in town, so we had to check it out!!! It is absolutely beautiful inside and HUGE!!! An incredible collection of gel, regular and dip polish colors. Everyone is very friendly. My daughter and I both got pedicures and she got a regular manicure and I got a dip polish manicure! Unfortunately I don't have the names of the ladies that did our pedicures, but they did a great job. We both got the jelly pedicure. It was an hour of wonderful relaxation and the polish job was beautiful. Vivian did my dip polish manicure! She was incredibly sweet and talented and I am now in love with dip polish! He asked me if I wanted anything to drink while Taking me to my technician. Helen was very sweet. I got the "amazing spa pedicure" and it was so GOOD! Hot stones, cooling gel, exfoliating scrub, and a 15min massage for only $35! She was thorough and made sure to get every dead skin. Lan worked on my acrylic coffin nails set and Vince worked on my coworkers. They both did an incredible job and made sure it turned out just the way we wanted. I asked her to match my preferences and she did THAT. They really listen to their customers and I have so much respect for how good their service is. My daughter and I went on 10/7/2019 we both had done a full set with gel. The lady did a good job but two days after my daughters nails started to fall off and my nails started chipping from the sides and I already need a fill. When the lady had said I would need a feel in three weeks. Seem's they use cheap products. And their prices are not cheap! First time here today. I was greeted immediately, put my name on a list and asked to pick a color from their huuuuuge selection of gel colors! I spoke with the owner's son for a while, he was very nice. We talked about what other plans he had for the building and what they had already done. The salon is absolutely beautiful inside, and it's gigantic! Over 7000 square feet. They offer a special VIP room for clients paying for more services and offer beverages to all (VIP gets free wine!). They also have several chairs for little girls, they are so cute. Ben did my gel manicure. He was very meticulous and had wonderful attention to detail (and I was just having a basic gel manicure!) He made polite conversation but also allowed for silence. I've had nail techs that are awkward in conversation but he was not. Unfortunately I did not have time for a pedicure today but I will be back! On my way out one of the owners told me if I save my receipts, after 10 visits I get a discounted service. Like a punch card type thing. Pretty cool. I'm glad to have a salon on this side of town. I have been here a few times now and each experience is better than the previous. They are quick at getting you in as a walk-in. Very accommodating and professional. Even offer you a tasty beverage while you relax and get your pamper on. A little pricey (that's why 4 instead of 5) but I always walk away happy. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have been here a handful of times usually only for manicures NiNi is great, But this particular time I was getting a pedicure done, granted I went in there an hour before they were closing WITH AN APPT, as soon as I sat down the nail technician was very anxious and I could tell she was rushing my service, after her taking off my nail polish and removing cuticles I said I would pay for the services that had already been done, she proceeds to tell me that it's going to be $25 for removal of nail color, I then asked her "don't you think $25 is a little steep for color removal?" she then responds " Extra five dollars because your color was gel so $30, if you would have just picked a color" I then said " I feel as though my service is being rushed" She then proceeds to tell me "we close in 30 minutes and I have been here since 8:30 AM" I kindly replied and said " respectfully your hours have nothing to do with this standard of service or lack there of" So after everything I repeatedly asked her to stop the service while she's continuously trying to do more I'm assuming so she can charge me and then finally I say "no more just stop please" I then end up paying $30 for a nail color removal, feeling very victimized but glad I got my lesson learned for just $30 I am definitely someone who respects people in the service industry but this is absolutely inexcusable and needless to say I hope people hesitate to give them their business! read more
