I really tried to like this place but after trying it a few times, I am never going back. First few times my nails and my pedicure's were just mediocre, nothing special. My very last visit was the last straw for me. I had just gotten a full set the prior visit and when I sat down with a technician I had never used before she told me it was better to take my nails off and get another full set, after going back-and-forth with her, saying no I didn't want a new set, she ended up taking my nails off anyway. 5 out of 10 of my nails are crooked going in a whole different direction, 3 of my nails have dips and lumps in them not even smooth. This review is only five days after my visit. My pedicure was good, however a day or so later I started having discomfort in my big toe. Not really paying much attention I didn't bother looking at my toe until yesterday when I thought to myself having pain in my big toe every days following a pedicure probably isn't normal. It would appear that my toe is infected because it has pus coming out of the corner, but I have been taking care of it with home remedies given to me by the advice nurse. I don't like going to the doctors so I'm praying I can heal my toe with the proper care at home. I wish this place paid more attention to their customers than the appearance of their salon. nails weren't awful but when i checked my bank statements i saw there was a charge for $90 from vip when i only got a gel manicure and my total came out to $48 with tip so turned out they added an additional $42 tip. I called them and went in and they gave me two twenties back. i appreciate they gave me my money back but i will never go here again knowing i can't trust them with my card. read more

I really tried to like this place but after 3 weeks and $300 of trying to have my lashes stay on, I just have to give up. First off I did request long thick lashes but was never told my natural lashes couldn't handle them. So I spent a considerable amount of time and money, trying to maintain the long and thick look but all the tech was doing was stacking, fake lashes on top of fake lashes, which made them fall out, because they were way too heavy. I paid for a total takeoff and a new set to make them lighter and less long so my natural lashes could handle them and she did not attach them right and they all lifted within one week. So in essence, I spent a considerable amount of time and money, all to have horrible looking lashes. it should be noted that my lashes would fall off within one day of getting them done. By one week I would barely have any lashes. This is not normal. read more

First time going to this salon. I got a young girl, she spent a total of 30 ish minutes. no nail prep no top coat and burnt the living day lights out of my nail beds. She spent the entire time talking on her phone to who seemed to be her parents. She ignored me completely and when I told her she was hurting me she would pull my hand and ignore me. Came in today for my 3rd visit. Thought with as much luck as I have had with "cookie" who had done 2 amazing pedicures I would get them filled. Unfortunately Cookie doesn't do that so some lady named Lisa2 did my nails from the get go she wasn't happy that I didn't want Shellac, I didn't want shellac/gel because it was an extra $15 which is ridiculous. So she then proceeded to rush through my fill and at no point asked if I was happy with them. I went from having such a great experience to my nails now tapered instead of how I walked in with them nice and square. I even told here up front that the length and shape was perfect. I wasn't going to write a review of my terrible nails, the nail tech was so lovely, but this polish job is horrendous. I tried to explain to this person that the sides of my nail weren't painted, but the communication was lost. The next day it was like the clear top coat was shrinking. Today it is 6 days and these are my hideous nails that I need to take off. It's a lovely place, but the techs need more attention to detail. My tech did my hands and then said : oops I forgot the massage and then did the massage while my nails were wet. I had my nails done on this location, after 7/14/24 after 2 weeks all my nails got caught & pulled out my hair stuck on my nails everytime I shampoo and fix my hair. This is the worse place I have ever been, the V guy could not understand or asked coworker to translate what I want. My pedicure is good but not my nails- it's just like I have a fake nails coz Hoang applied too many coats, like 5 or more times. I regret it that I went for the 1st time. Huge salon, thoughtful and cute children's chairs! However i was told a 15 min wait ended up waiting over 30. Roaches started crawling out in the waiting area and by the time i did get help i was sat down just for the lady to tell me she didn't know how to remove my fake toe. She went to next client & i ended up sitting in chair another 20 minutes before i excused my self. No apologies just a wave goodbye as if i was properly serviced. This is my second time coming to this establishment and this is my experience. I came with my boyfriend and my best friend to celebrate her birthday coming up soon & I wanted to treat her with a pedicure. The location itself seems questionable but inside is fairly clean and they have lots of space to get your nails and toes done. They sat us down right away, I had already looked into the menu online and decided that my bestfriend was getting the V.I.P Spa Pedicure ($75) and my boyfriend and I were getting the Crystal Jelly Pedicure ($65). When I informed the nail tech she immediately pressure my boyfriend and I to get the VIP Spa pedicure. I didn't want too because I've already had it and I wanted to try something new. It made me uncomfortable because they kept insisting I get it, I caved in and got it only because it was a $10 difference. My boyfriend however stayed firm and kept repeatedly telling them that he does not want the VIP Pedi but he want's the Crystal Jelly Pedi. I notice they might of got defensive however customers should not be made to feel a certain way if they don't want something. Overall, I would say it was enjoyable and relaxing. Its a 75 minute service for what my bestie and I got and I believe we got the full service in a correct timely manner. However, my nail tech was a bit too aggressive on my toes, the massaging portion was great but I notice she nicked one of my toes and it still hurts. I noticed too she wasn't wearing gloves which kind of made me uncomfortable because she kept wiping her face and then touching my feet and the towel that goes underneath your feet kept falling to the ground. I'm just scared to get an infection. My service also included a free beverage which I think its good considering the type of service it is. They charge $10 extra for gel so I opted out and asked for just a regular top coat with a cherry mocha nail polish. My nail tech was being pushy again about getting gel but I stayed firm this time and told her not this time. I'm glad she told me it was an extra charge because I had already agreed to get it when she started on the color. I assumed it was already included with the service. Usually nail techs don't tell you until after your service is over. I can tell she was a bit annoyed but like I said I wouldn't have agreed if I knew that but now I know never assume and always ask. My boyfriend let them know it was my besties birthday and they brought out a blueberry muffin with a candle on top and sang happy birthday to her with a tambourine. It was really sweet of them not a lot of places offer that type of treatment. We tipped $10 each for our service. Would I come here again, maybe, I can't really say if it's expensive or not because I don't really get my toes done often but as I compared prices with other places I will say it's relatively decent in price depending on what you get. read more

I hate to leave reviews, especially when they're bad. I know it can affect a business GREATLY, but I'm very disappointed this time. With that being said, I'll explain my poor review as detailed as I can. I went to Lodi because I couldn't find a walk-in spot in Stockton. I drove about half an hour to get there. The place was amazing. Very clean and organized. The decor was sweet, fancy, and welcoming. A very good vibe overall. The music was pretty entertaining. The nail technicians were very friendly but the receptionist (man) wasn't too enthusiastic. That's tolerable. At least he wasn't rude. They don't have a good rhinestone/gem selection. I was only offered one kind (I wanted the white/silver ones but they didn't have them), and was offered very few options for nail colors. Take in mind I'm VERY picky with my designs, so that was very annoying but still tolerable I guess. Moving on to the actual nails. They started to grow tiny tiny bubbles/lumps on the surface almost right away. I don't know what causes it, but again, OH WELL. They aren't too noticeable at first but since I pay attention to detail a lot, it was a bit frustrating for me personally. Here's the part that absolutely enraged me. Not even 2 days later, my pinkie nail breaks off! I'm only doing normal every-day activities. A few of the rhinestones also fell off. Today marked day 9 and my other nails also broke off a few days prior. This has never happened to me before! They always last me a good month or even more. I've gone to so many different nail salons and this is the first time that within NINE days, HALF my nails break off. Very painful. I have very sensitive nails. I paid $60 plus tip. $60 for a simple red set with a few rhinestones. I'm not the confronting type, so I didn't call or go in to complain (it's too far of a drive for me). I don't know if this is a one time thing, but in all honestly, this place is not worth it. I wish I could get a refund, because this is very disappointing! $60 is a lot. It's basically a whole day's work. I sure have paid that amount before (and more), but those nails would last me more than a month. I don't think quality and prices match at this place. I get it, businesses are going through a TOUGH time, but come on... I feel robbed. I hope they improve on quality. read more

The techs were friendly but his nail tech cut his toe open and hacked his other big toenail after he repeatedly asked her not to cut his nails. I have been going to the salon for a very long time, and some of the technicians are exceptionally good but recently they keep increasing their prices. I was absolutely astounded when the last nail person put on a natural set with a French tip and charged me for a pink and whites set and then he actually wanted to charge an extra $10 to cut my cuticlesand all my years of getting my nails done nobody has ever said that that was an additional charge. They are nickel and diming me to death and I am considering going to other locations because they're just not reasonably priced. They also charge to remove any old nails, so when you get a new set, you actually get charged for a new set and removal of the old nails Additionally, he was very rough when he removed my old nails and I told him I had very sensitive fingers. Soooo my girlfriend went to this place to get her nails done she was so excited because they were her birthday nails. She got to the place and waited a long time to get her nails done about 1 hour. Another thing is that she only pays 65 to 70 to get her nails done there and this time was 85 and what really pissed me off was that she had a 10% discount for her birthday which was stupid in this case.
