I was customer #281 on Sunday, 1/28/2018 at 15:54:18. Tony completed my pedicure. I am unsure of the name of the gentleman that did my nails. During my pedicure my cuticles were burning. I did express this to the nail tech. As he continued with my pedicure he sliced a chunk of my left big toe using the dead skin foot scrapper. As my skin began to bleed he poured green ointment on cotton and placed the cotton on my skin. I asked for a band aid and he continued the pedicure instead. The heel of my right foot is extremely tinder and filed too low. The manicurist told me to stop looking at my nails, relax my fingers and let him do his freaking job. As my toe continued to bleed the nail tech placed my foot in the pedicure water. I asked for a band aid again and he just placed more green ointment on cotton and applied it to my toe. After polishing my toes I asked again for a band aid and he applied more green ointment to my skin that was still bleeding and placed a band aid over it. He apologized and hugged me and escorted me to the nail dryer. The clerk apologized as well and encouraged me to pay $53 instead of $63 for my services even though the pedicure was not completed and my toe was still literally bleeding through the band aid. This was a TERRIBLE experience from beginning to end. I will never ever return to this establishment. I highly encourage others to be very careful in selecting a facility based on the spa name or size of the shop. The quality of the work does not match the name or size of the location! read more

I went back for a refill and a pedicure and Daisy and Kelly worked on me...Daisy did my nails, while Kelly worked on my pedicure. Wow, I felt like a queen. The name of this establishment definitely doesn't match the service you receive. I started going to this nail salon about 4 years ago. It was located right outside my neighborhood so it was really convenient. My two daughters also frequented the nail salon with me. My oldest daughter stopped wanting to go to this location about two years ago. (She still gets her nails done, but stopped going here because of the treatment she received). I got a pedicure about once a month and I liked it; however, about a year ago I tried the location that I was taking my daughter to and the service was sooo much better. One of the things that I dislike is that they always have conversations with each other in their own language and it's constant-they talk to each other the entire time. They don't care about servicing you. I would pop into this location occasionally to get my eyebrows waxed because again of it's convenient location. They used to rub your head a little after the waxing. That hasn't happened in about 2 years. Today I stopped in really quick for my eyebrows to be waxed. The place was empty, except for one person. The lady tells me to go to the room and she follows shortly behind, all while she continues to have a conversation with her coworkers in a different language. She then leaves me in the room to step outside to continue talking. She never once asked me about my day. After she completed the eyebrow wax, she said, "ok all done" and she walked out. She didn't put the stuff on that places normally do to help with the sting and she never handed me a mirror to let me see the eyebrows. Yes, you read that right! She never let me see the finished product. The waxing was $7 and she charged my credit card $10 because I didn't have cash. She gave herself a 43% tip and didn't even hand me a mirror. Unfortunately, I've watched this place steadily decline in service over the years. If you are looking for a nail salon, just search a little more because there are others nearby. read more

Last few times I have came here to get a pedicure, after every service my pinkie toe ends up falling off because I would get some type of fungus on my toes. I started to think maybe it was the nail salon, so I tried the nail salon in Walmart and I never had another issue with my pedicures. Extremely pricey! I just wanted a simple pedicure and to change my dip powder color, and ended up paying $100+...I didn't catch her name, but the lady who did my pedi kept trying to up sell me on different services they offered which was kind of annoying. She was extremely rough with my feet, and cut way too much of my cuticles off so now my toes are sore. Ended up getting acrylic and shellac on my nails, which isn't what I originally wanted, but I really like them. Helen is super awesome! If I come back, I'll definitely be going to her. read more

My sister and I came in to VIP nails today to get pedicures. My pedicure started off okay but whenever the tech got to filing and painting my nails everything went downhill. She didn't file my nails at all she simply cut them and continued to paint them. My nails were all uneven and it was extremely noticeable. They polish was chunky and streaky. My sister also got a manicure and was done in less than 10 mins and her manicure showed that. Her nails were super uneven. I have honestly never gotten worse work done before. read more

Horrible service and terrible job. The staff is trying to get you out as fast as possible so they rush through your nails. My nails and toes look awful! The man doing my pedicure didn't scrub my feet at all (even though I paid for it). He also did a terrible paint job. The lady doing my nails did a horrible job on the shape then tried to tell me when was finished when there was glue all down my fingers!! The staff isn't worried about the customers satisfaction at all. This place use to be good when it first opened but the last 4 or 5 times I've been there I've left disappointed. Thieves! They've gotten very expensive charging extra taking off nails and charging for long nails. Mind you, I don't mind paying for either services. But they charge double then other places. Also, why should I pay extra for long nails when it's my own natural nail. I understand if they were placing a fake nail on my nail to make them longer. That's where I drew the line. I work hard for my money and I don't think I should pay extra for long nails because my nails grew naturally. They're trying to become rich off the poor and middle class. Shame on them. I received poor attitudes from both the pedicure and nail tech and they kept talking in their language which was obvious they were talking about my requests. If I could I would give them zero stars. I was happy to walk out and take my business else where. Better customer service, better price and shiny nails elsewhere. Be wary people, watch out for extra charges. I asked to have a manicure with "Dip" and a pedicure at the same time. They said okay fine.... then they sat me at the manicure table ( but I need both done) I explained I was in a rush ... well they finished my manicure with dip they dipped my nail in the same container as everyone else so unsanitary.......but no pedicure???? So when you dip your nails there is still a lot of residue on your fingers which she didn't wipe off? Or suggested I wash my hands???? Usually at any other place they suggest you wash your hands! I got transferred to pedicure area to get a full pedicure with shellac ..... I then asked to get a wet towel to clean my hands..... then a bother lady she handed me a book to match my color to my nails???? I have never experienced this ( they usually find it for you and get a perfect match) I chose my color then she asked me to lift my leggings up to my knees (she wouldn't start if I didn't do it) it's okay though I did that.... but I have been here for 3.5 HOURS for a REGULAR DIP (on my natural nails) AND PEDICURE????? I'm posting this review now after a month not being there because I saw some reviews recently posted of how awful this place can be and it showed me I wasn't alone. I wanted shellac polish with a gradient glitter finish and when this guy started on my nails he was doing a terrible job. I told him I didn't like it and ignored me and told me they looked great and I kept telling him I don't like them but ignored me again and pretty much I'm too shy to cause a scene or make them re do them so I paid $45 for nothing so I could just get out of there. After he was done he was like trying to tell me it was hard to do it, and I was thinking well then why keep going if I don't even like them! And they push for you to pay cash because they have an atm but they do not tell you that you have to tell them afterwards to leave a tip on the card. So I didn't even get to tip them anyways. read more

Horrible horrible horrible! I won't go back. I went there two days ago to get a shellac manicure. I wanted to check it out because it is a new nail salon. The salon is pretty fancy but don't let the looks of the salon fool you. I had about three techs doing my nails and finally the third stayed with me but she was jumping and helping the girl next to me as well. She would do something to my nails really quick and then she would go and do another client and then she would come back and forth and I noticed that with some techs. I didn't like that very much. The next night I noticed that my polish came off two nails, mind you it was shellac polish, so it should last 2 to 3 weeks. So of course I went to go get it fixed and they had a dry attitude with me, they tried to blame me for the polish coming off, they made it seem that I didn't get my nails done there, and I told them what number it was and who did my nails. At that point I just wanted to leave but I wanted my nails to be fixed because it was their fault. And to top it off they charged me to get my two nails re-done. I have NEVER EVER been charged to fix something they did wrong. I questioned her about the charge and she told me it was because of shellac, and that's when I told her I'm not coming back and I'm not going to recommend anybody to this nail salon and of course she starts speaking her language to the other techs and then she tried to use a different excuse on why they needed to charge me I gave them the money and walked out. I am all about second chances even third chances but the way they acted was just not my cup of tea. read more

First time ever coming here. The place is fancy and there sure is alot of staff working. But then again i was sitting there for a good 5 min waiting for somebody to even notice i was ready for my pedi. (After i chosed my color). I have gone here for over two years now for my pedicures but recently stopped due to people complaining about getting infections. I decided to come back because it is so close to my house and there were quite a few people in the parking lot so I figured it was better now. WRONG. The nail tech cut my toes in several spaces and when I said it hurt she laughed and said "you'll live" as if it were a joke. Now it is a few days later and to no surprise, I have an INFECTION where she cut me even after cleaning and putting neosporin. Not to mention most times I go there the techs are talking poorly about their boss saying they dont get treated well. Obviously they are lacking in sterilization and it is a poorly run establishment. The place seems nice at first and everyone is nice. The spa pedicure was fine. My daughter went on Sunday and had the dipping powder manicures. There are only 2 people there that can do this type. The guy that did ours said the gel top coat is the best for them, so we agreed. That was a horrible idea and don't understand why he would even suggest that. The gel top coat started peeling the very next morning and our nails look all dull and horrible now. read more

** MOST HORRIBLE NAIL SALON ** I had the most horrible experience here. I came here to get my nails done for my baby shower because I looked at their Facebook page and liked what I saw. When I first arrive they made me take a number and pick my color but I had the picture and waited to show the person. Once someone came to attend me I showed him the picture and said I wanted it exactly like it just in square shape and he said okay and gave me a price of $42. He was doing my nails and ended up messing up on what color goes on what finger and asked if he could just leave it. So he fixes everything and is done and gets up and walks away but he really wasn't done because the picture I showed him of the nails had rhinestones on it. And when he comes back I tell him and he was said it was extra. He even said that I just told him I had only wanted the colors which was 3 colors and he said it was $5 for 3 colors even though my mom only has 2 and it was the same price as mine. I then asked if he could pit the rhinestones and he said to me " no im not doing that shit " and let me remind you I was pregnant at the time. read more

I had often taken my 4 daughters with me; spending easily $200 or more each time. Sadly, this place has completely gone downhill in all aspects. The staff is rude and seem quite disorganized. I requested a pedicure, acrylic refill and replacement/fix one nail. I sat through my entire pedicure and no one came over to start my refill, even though I reminded the person doing my pedicure. At that point it was almost closing time so the manager, Thien, rushed through my refill, and even mixed some "clear filler" powder in with my specialty powder. Are they really that lazy and cheap? My nails are all lifting at the cuticles and the difference of powders is quite noticeable. I went back a day later to request she redo them properly. She offered to fix one nail that was most noticeably different powders; however, refused to address any of the other concerns. She said I could have my nails taken off and my money refunded....literally wanted her crappy nails back in exchange for my money. I got my money and said peace out. Don't waste your time if you're wanting quality results by a profesional staff. They need to just close their store for good. read more

Reading the reviews I thought it would be a great Birthday gift for my sister-who's birthday was today 12/17. I stopped by a couple days before to purchase a gift certificate. The lady at the front said "Oh, we have a promotion-you can buy a gc for a milk pedicure and you get a free manicure, or buy a $50 gc and you get a free $10 gc" I took the $10 free gc. My sister stopped by today and was told she could not use her gift card until after 12/25! WTH-she was told by the front desk that it was because I took a free $10 gc with the promotion. I was highly upset and called right away. The person who answered said "yes, she cannot use the gift card until after then" I explained that it was a birthday gift and I was not told that about the date-mind you, the gift card stated it was valid starting 12/14 (the day I bought it). I went to this salon for about six months. I brought my daughters and my daughter-in-law on numerous occasions. So needless to say, my average ticket was about $200 with all services. Anyway, from the very first time I went to this salon the receptionist was extremely RUDE. That first time I thought she was just having a bad day. The salon is beautiful. My nails and pedicures were always very nice. Heather the owner does the BEST eyebrows. I regularly asked for the same person to do my manicure and the same person to do my nails. I am a very good tipper because I appreciate good service. Every time I came here I let me my nail stylist David know how rude I thought the receptionist was. Nothing ever changed. The final straw was when I brought my oldest daughter to get a mani/pedi right before the birth of her daughter. I was just getting my nails done, but she wanted pedi, mani and eyebrows. We let the receptionist, who by now recognized me as a regular customer, know what services we wanted and she seated me with David immediately. The shop was very busy so my daughter had to wait to be seated in a pedi chair. After 4 people were seated before my daughter, I finally turned to the receptionist and reminded her my daughter had been waiting some time for her pedicure. She huffed and rolled her eyes at me and seated someone else who walked in the door. That was it for me; that was the straw that broke the camels back! I politely asked David to stop working on my nails and told him I would never be back to this salon again. I WILL not pay my good money for someone to be rude to me! Oops I wrote the review for the wrong spa...I hate when I do that! So here it goes...I was there this morning (CHRISTMAS Eve) and I had the BEST service ever!! The spa was very clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. Aline gave me the best pedicure ever and Four gave me a beautiful set of nails, exactly what I wanted!! Never again. My daughter and I went in for a pedicure each and I need a full set. They left her sitting (7 years old) with her feet in the water for OVER an HOUR. Like who does that? I felt horrible for her. The quality is not great. You can't get tips here at all. All they have is powder nails, which they can then charge more for. It took us 2 1/2 hours on a Monday night to get the services I described. There is no way with a place that large that it should ever take that long. Also they had some kind of hot stone setup behind where my chair was where I was getting a pedicure so people had to keep walking by my chair and push up the tray holding my drink, purse and so I had to hold those things every few minutes when I was just trying to relax. All said and done $90 for this trouble. Then the cashier tried to get me to pay in cash by using their ATM. I was like Umm no, she knew we had had bad service and just said sorry.. No discount no nothing. That's OK bc there are plenty of nail salons and I will take my money elsewhere. read more

Every time I come here I sit with Ann because she has always gave me GREAT service and my nails come out perfect. Well she wasn't there this time so I sat with Henry. & let me tell you that I was skeptical because the last time he did my nails I had to go in the next 2 days to fix nails that popped off like nothing. So when I saw that's who I was getting my nails done by I was scared but I decided to give him another try. WELL I went just yesterday and the nails are strong, yes, BUT on the left hand the nails are way shorter and fatter. So I called to go in today and fix them but when I get there he says he can't add on to them to make them longer, which is absolute bullsh** because Ann was able to do that for me one day. About a month ago, I went to get solar nails done and a guy named Sun was supposed to do my nails but they didn't have the powder in stock for the color I wanted so I picked another one and I was being very polite the whole time. Then the next one I picked they also did not have and the following one as well. So finally on the fourth one I picked he said I have that one but did not bring it with him so I said are you sure you have it (still asking politely) and all of a sudden he began to yell at me, the customer, for politely asking if he was sure they had the color that was gonna be done on MY nails that I was paying for. He said, "if I said I have it means I have it." I was completely in shock because I had been nice and understanding the whole time of the other missing colors. I told him that is not the way you speak to a customer who has been reasonably understanding of your lack of supplies. After this, another woman came and apologized for his behavior. I asked to speak with the manager because I was shocked at how he spoke to a customer. Mysteriously, the manager was nowhere to be found. I asked when the manager would be returning and no one seemed to know. Regarding other times I've been there, their solar nails are average but their pedicures are good. read more
