I had been looking for a good nail spot and saw this one had good reviews so I had to try it. Although the manicure was decent, some of the employees who work there, and the owner Jon, are not accommodating or friendly- they are not enforcing masks with COVID, in fact Jon said they are stupid. Additionally, I have called several times to book my appointment far in advance and still end up waiting for 30-60 minutes, which is not okay. Whenever a customer walks in they seem annoyed and are not very welcoming. Employees are laying in the pedicure chairs, on their phones, not helping customers who are in need. read more

Amazing customer service. Pedicure was very relaxing and thorough. I would be here bi-weekly if it was closer to home. Language barrier is next to none. And everyone was very pleasant and polite. read more

So my friend and I went there and it was her first time getting nails done and she wanted to get fake nails. The guy who did her nails was not helpful to her at all. She said she didn't want her nails to long because she works. He did them really short and must have realized because he made her pray before he filed them down and painted them. She tried to tell him she didn't like them and he was very rude and kept saying too late and looking to me like I would tell her. He was on his phone texting the whole time and was yanking her hand around and snapping at her. Do not go there. Not good quality or service. read more

I was super disappointed with my gel manicure and pedicure. Also super inappropriate male staff was present making uncomfortable and awkward remarks to a 15 year old girl who was also getting her nails done in salon. Pricing was steep for an awkward, rude and disappointing service! read more

I Love this Nail Salon, I see Pupay she is Awesome!! I try to get in it to see her every two weeks. She is very patient with me and very helpful as I have very calloused feet and when I walk out my feet feel Amazing and look Fabulous!! She always massages my legs and put some kind of body butter that feels so good on my legs. My experience has always been excellent here and they have a lot of return customers because always see people coming in w appointments while I am there and everyone is always super friendly!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Lets start with my friend and I came here because my nail tech is on maternity leave; and everyone raves about how great this place is. Walk in owners and techs are extremely rude to us. That should've been our first clue to leave. Against better judgement we stayed. I was first to get my feet done they lady doing my toes says and I quote "wow ugly feet" I have RA and my joints were swelled. Plus I work in healthcare and I'm on my feet all day.As the pedicure went on she did not scrub my feet and practically butchered my toes to the point of bleeding. Got up toe was bleeding all over my slides. Specifically asked for my nails to be done a certain way. The man says "oh he may know how to do it" and precedes to do my nails however he wanted to. The shape was so awful, (my babyfather laughed and said they looked like chicklets.) After I specifically told him the design needs to be encapsulated. So the other man comes over and explains he can't do what I requested because it's too late. He does the little design similar to what I wanted. Nails and toes were horrible. My friend received the same service and her feet bled for about an hour after we left...long story short the utensils were dirty and we both ended up at urgent care 2 days later getting antibiotics to stop an infection in our toes. I'm glad other people had a positive experiences with this establishment but we certainly did not. We will not be back. Save your money that you will be paying for the service and dr bills and go to magic nails. read more

I usually find these nail salons difficult because of the language barrier. This difficulty is not the case at VIP Nails. The professionals here speak English perfectly and are extremely friendly. Both manicures and pedicures are fun, extensive and affordable. I highly recommend this nail salon! read more

VIP nails. Very poorly named considering the fact that they treated customers as nothing but an inconvenience. There were only two techs working, which was not nearly enough for how many people were there and how slowly they worked. Besides that, both of them were unlikable and rude. They repeatedly made comments and chastised me for making their jobs slightly harder. The manicurist mansplained practically everything he did. I work as a waitress and even I found it difficult to continue to be polite. Not only were the people themselves hard to be around, but they weren't even good at the main part of their job. They were incredibly rough when doing pretty much everything; I am still sore from my visit. While I can handle that, it's not what you want when you're paying someone to help you relax. The manicurists work was consistently sloppy; I had to ask him to fix multiple things and he got mad each time. The second star is because I actually like the way my nails turned out, even though the service was worse than you'd expect from your typical Walmart. Will not be returning. read more

PSA: If you walk into a nail salon on a busy day like a friday or saturday & its completely empty, please turn back around. Either their service isnt good or their attitude's are bad. & this place was completely empty when I walked in. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. PLEASE do not waste your time coming here. I went in about 6:00 pm. The lady was so nonchalant to me & my sister even walking in. As soon as we walked in we felt her negative vibe. So we walk in greet her and she has a bit of a tude. still very nonchalant. ask her how much it is for a full set and then show her a picture of how long I would like my nails. she says 45 okay cool, fine. So I ask how much would it be for gel polish. Now if you go to any nails salon you know gel polish is either included (my usual place includes gel polish in your full set) or the range is from about $5-15. This lady has the never to tell my that my nails in total with gel polish would be $80. Now idk if she just said that because she thought I didnt know the pricing and she thought she was going to rip my off or what. I dont mind paying $80 for nails because I usually pay from $60-100 on my nails alone but to lie and say gel polish alone is $35 is absurd. Heres the best part. Like Im mentioned before I was in the salon at 6. So after she tells me gel will be $35 im like yeah no i'll just get reg polish (I NEVER get reg polish) she's like... I think its too late. Actually we closed... they close at 7. Okay lady. I told my sister lets go & we proceeded elsewhere. I will never go back there. Their reviews are bad so Idk why I tried. Dont waste your time, energy or money. Your hard earned money deserves to be spent wheres its appreciated. read more

came to have my nails done this afternoon I asked for the American nail style, and they did not know the style, then I asked the lady if she could make make nails look like her, and she looked at me very serious and said it's gonna cost you $65 and I told her it was ok. She asked me to move to another chair to remove my old nails and she started with another client. After waiting for an hour with hands cover with acetone I asked the manager how much longer and he said 5 more minutes. I wanted 15 more minutes then I got up it was ridiculous to pay for a service that obiosly was not being offer in a nice way. so asked how much I owe him for sitting there; and he charged me $10. Ladies the service was horrible and their prices are ridiculous. U paid my $10 for nothing. I will never come back to this awful place. He stoled my $10 but lost not just me but my friends that had gone there before. read more
