I assume they were just irrevocably stained; but they need to be replaced. Seeing large brown and yellow stains on white towels is not attractive in a nail shop. My nail tech was clearly new and struggling as another tech had to help her out a few times. She was about to put on the clear coat when my toes obviously needed about 2 more coats as you could see through the polish. I mentioned it to her and she did add another coat. I left with an ok pedicure that included an air bubble on my right big toe and a finger smudge on left pinky toe. I got the smudge when she decided to remove the toe separators immediately after finishing the pedi and unsuccessfully trying to put on my flip flops. Another tech helped her put on my flip flops and I requested some cotton balls to keep my toes separated until the nails had a chance to dry. The other tech stated she should not have removed the separators. Reasonable prices though.

However, when I came back, they used water and literally pulled the lashes off, taking my natural lashes with them. It was extremely painful and completely unprofessional. I asked for someone else, and another employee (Niki) took over--but unfortunately, the experience only got worse. She handled it the exact same way and then told me to go into the bathroom and use water to remove the rest myself. I have never experienced anything like that before. When I raised any concerns about my experience, nothing was done to make it right . I was not offered a refund, or any kind of solution.. other than told by (Nikki) to wash them off with water in their bathroom. Nothing's bringing back my natural eye lash's other than growth over time that should have never happen in the first place. If I hadn't stopped her, I can only imagine how much more damage would have been done. It was painful and completely unacceptable. I ended up having to leave and go to a beauty supply store to buy the proper hair glue remover and take them off myself--something they should have safely and professionally handled. On top of that, the salon appears very unsanitary. If you pay attention, you can see that they reuse tools without properly sanitizing them. Items used on clients' feet are rinsed in the same water that was just used and then placed back on the cart for the next person. That is extremely concerning and unacceptable. This was a painful, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional experience. If you care about your natural lashes--or your health--I strongly recommend going somewhere else. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious health concerns. Watching them use the same equipment on multiple people without properly sanitizing it is not only unprofessional but also unsafe. Basic hygiene practices did not seem to be a priority here, and that is something no customer should ever have to worry about.
