First impression was bad. No one was friendly except for one lady who I believe to be the owner or manager. When we checked in, we asked about a coupon that is on there website. The response was "oh no, we dont do that here". But it was on THEIR website at THEIR location. Lastly, my nails looked good when I left, but within a week I was back for a repair as the gel or shellac was already coming off one nail. It has now been two weeks and several more nails have the gel peeling off. They only guarantee for 3 days, so all that money just thrown away. Gel and shellac typically lasts forever on my nails. Made an appointment for a full set and pedicure. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately. I showed the tech what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I asked for. The shape was off slightly but nonetheless I loved the style. The pedicure area was full and I was seated in another pedicure section where I was the only client in there. While the establishment is very pretty, the service is very mixed feelings. This was my first time visiting the location and I called beforehand to check prices for waxing and pedicures. I was told over the phone that waxing would be $10-$12 depending on the amount of hair on my face and a pedicure was $32. After arriving, the price for wax was $18 but the pedicure was still $32. When I declined to have my face waxed the price changed to $12. While the pedicure was amazing and Lee was great; the wax was not. The wax was too hot, there are spots missing, the same wax strip was used on my face multiple times and she didn't change the wax stick after every application to my face... obviously this caused my skin to peel and breakout.. very disappointed since they have high ratings.. I've been here before to do my nails for vacations and events and have had no issues. However, this was until I received a pedicure a few months ago that left a bad taste in my mouth. The older woman who did my pedicure kept trying to upcharge me and get me to do more expensive services. I had already agreed to let her do gel toes for me to treat myself. I just wanted the basic pedicure and the whole time the woman was not friendly at all. I'm vietnamese, however I don't typically disclose this. The woman who was doing my pedicure told her coworker "I'm just gonna do her toes quick since she didn't want to do any extra services." I didn't respond at the time. I just let her finish, paid, and left. The staff should be mindful about who they're speaking about and what they're speaking about. We were grated service for two mani pedís and one pedicure. Appointment time was 6:15 for all of us. We were there on time. I have never felt so rushed in a nail salon. The lady that takes care of receiving payment wanted my daughter to close the account while they were still working on her nails. My point is: if you are so eager to close the store, do not give appointments when you know you cannot do your best. I was not even put under the nail dryer and two of my nails were ruined by the time I got home 10 minutes later. And this is after paying a hefty amount for this service. I stopped coming to this place after my autistic daughter was mocked by three of the pedicure employees. Although I was keep her stroller as hidden and away from other customers as possible. Several of their workers just came over to state and look at her as if she was a zoo animal on display. After standing over and staring at my daughter the worker asked me "do you have anymore children?" I said "no" before I could continue the lady doing my pedicure bust out with laughter and pointing at my child she said "that's because you have her"! This place is just ok. I usually come because it's closest to my house, but I always leave questioning if I ever want to come back. I still return only because it's convenient for me. If you want basic nails done, 1 color, 1 style- come here. Once you start showing them designs, things get way too complicated. Some of the techs are sooo nice, but some are just so rude. I recently went and just got a dip manicure. The tech ripped my cuticles apart to the point that I would not stop bleeding. I told her I was in pain and she couldn't believe it?! Ma'am? Does the blood on my finger not prove anything? Anyways- the pedicures here are ok as well. They get the job done when you are wanting something quick and want to be in and out. Honestly the photos say it all...First photo is what I asked for and the second photo is what I got....This is my first time coming to this salon and it's probably going to be my last time as well. The service was friendly but the quality of the nails suck... I only came here because person that normally does my nails was unavailable. The french tips are too thick and uneven ...the size of the pearls are wrong ...the nails are too thick looking...I tried to tell the guy that the white part was too thick but I think he thought i meant the thickness of the application not the amount of white was on the tips of the nail...It's a french tip design so why is the white part covering like half of the nail??? Overall, i'm really unsatisfied with this set. I am going on vacation this upcoming week and i have to go with these hideous nails...*sigh* Also, the ceiling kept dripping water so i would feel the droplets every five minutes or so. I did get a pedicure as well and that was not bad. The lady didn't remove all of the previous polish. But they came out better than my nails that's for sure. read more

But yesterday my husband came in for a pedicure and I came in for a Fullset, I was alittle nervous not knowing who they would sit me with BUT jasmine did my full set nude ombré! Came in during their grand opening promotional period with my husband to do get some pampering done before my 2nd baby arrives. It was a much needed spa time. We came in on a Wednesday afternoon and greeted right away by the front desk. We signed in into their tablet and was asked what services we wanted. We both opted for the Coconut Spa Pedicure and basic manicure. I did an add on of shellac for my toes which was $18. The place is clean, bright, and the decor really makes it feel like royal. Music is also relaxing with instrumental tunes. There was 2 large Tvs in the spa chair area that just played their opening specials and reels of what makes this spa better than other (such as extra vents to control the smell, vip rooms, their sanitary practices, etc). They also advertised other services (other types of mani/pedi, waxing, parties, facials). Kinda wished they had some movie or TV episode playing on one but again, its their grand opening month so I understand the need to advertise on both TVs. We were directed to the spa chairs where i had Hailey work on my manicure and Mary on my pedicure. We were also given warm neck pillows with relaxing aroma. They also gave us the menu of complimentary beverages, which consisted of alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The Basic manicure was cut, shape, and polish/buff with a short massage of lotion. My nails were shiny and buffed with my cuticles cleaned up. The coconut spa was amazing. With my sore leg muscles and swollen pregger feet, the scrubs, hot towel, hot oil, and hot stone massage just made me melt. Then came the 10 minute lotion massage. The aroma of the coconut was very relaxing. The whole therapy relaxed my tensed muscles in my legs and the lotions/oils smoothed out my dehydrated and rough skin. Mary did a great job with the whole pedicure treatment for me. She also did a great job on my shellac polish for my toes. My husband found his mani and pedi treatment relaxing as well. Also cleaning up his rough hands and feet. So the spa isnt just for the ladies, bring your men too. We will definitely be back. With their opening promotion, we got a 25$ gift card to return. Smart way to get us back in the door. Definitely feels upscale and love the fact they were not pushy on their services or try to up-sale me. Thats why i left my previous nail salon because the constant negging of up-selling me really got on my nerves. I know what I want and didnt need to repeat myself or constantly having decline. VIP nails is cleanly, and I enjoy their soda/alcohol offering, but they don't understand the assignment as far as design. I've been twice and neither time I have been satisfied with the result based upon my inspiration photo. My first nail tech was great but my second time at this salon (on my birthday) I believe his name was Anthony seemed frustrated with me not liking the color (I still didn't end up loving the color, I was looking for a darker more olive green and this was the best they could do) and another lady ended up finishing my nails. Ivy, one of the new managers took my photo and handed it to MyMy. My nails have never been this perfect. MyMy took her time and made sure that all my nails were to my liking. Nail designs are amazing. Technicians and their personalities are like it or hate it. First time I went Coco, I believe her name, did my nail pedicure and was very kind. Although, she didn't do exactly what I asked for, the nail work was still fine and lasted for longer than I expected, so I was impressed. This made me return the second time. Well the second visit was recent, and I'm feeling the discomfort with my toe. One of the technicians who did my pedicure and shellac decides to pull a nail she trimmed instead of cutting it at the end. When I said, "Ouch," she seem not to really care, nor did the nail technician doing my manicure. They simply ignored me. The one doing my pedicure keeps tapping at my leg to have me move my foot around, she could've just talked to me, but I let it slide. The one doing my manicure really just did not seem to want to be there, even expressed it too. I didn't realize until after the visit all the little bubbles in my nails. The one who did my manicure also nicked my skin under my thumb. At the end of my hand nail art, they find out I'm Vietnamese and were surprised. Yes, I understood what they said. I kept quiet to see how they truly were and it was very dissatisfying. I still left them what I think is a better than good tip just because I'm that type of person, but severely disappointed. And to me, it's rude to ask me how old I am, especially towards the end. It was also rude how they suddenly became more attentive and a lot nicer. They were very Ill-mannered when they kept expressing how they thought I was Chinese. Regardless, there are a lot of Refugees and other persons who can speak or understand Vietnamese. Mind you, the hand nail technician spoke well enough English, sounded fluent in it too, although Vietnamese did appear as her native language.
