The man was very unfriendly & only spoke twice to me, the first time was when I showed him the color I wanted & he said it was too light to pick another color...mmm ok. Is he paying for them or am I, I'm confused. But what do I do I'm in a crowded shop elbow to elbow with someone on my left & my daughter on my right. He spoke to me a second time & told me don't move. I was literally moving only 1 arm to the chair next to me where my daughter was getting her nails done to pass her the colors. I just will not go back anymore. What is the point of calling to make an appointment with a specific person if when I get there she's already doing someone else's nails & the wait is 25mins. I was coming here regularly for my pedicures and nails. The pedicures never let me down neither did my fills until the last two times I went. The shape was nice but the paint job was not. It started way down from the cuticle so by Friday my Nails looked two weeks old. I don't get it, the lady was taking her time. I didn't notice until the next day when I was typing. I would still come back here for my pedicures my fills probably not to same last two who did them. The one before the last time did not wipe them with rubbing alcohol, I asked he said no I was all done. Well I had lint sticking to them until I got home and used the rubbing alcohol pad. The staff is friendly and I like the perks when you pay cash. This place does get busy so I suggest making an appointment. read more

I started to go here at the suggestion of a lot of people online, and initially I was impressed. They did a good job, although I had to come in off times because they are so busy. I started to get annoyed with the push for cash, but understood. I do believe the extra dollar is enough "punishment" for my card use, but they continue to ask multiple times if you have cash instead. If I had it, I would use it. Now they offer a gift card for using cash to give even more incentive, and they simply cannot accept people don't always carry cash, especially when it's sometimes $70+. It's beyond the point of annoying, it's rude. Two visits ago, the materials they used were not clean and I developed an infection. I couldn't see it under the polish, and the next visit she saw it and painted over it. I have gone nowhere else to get a pedicure in probably about a year, so it's not possible this happened elsewhere. I lost my entire toenail, and I haven't been back since. I won't be again. I've been getting pedicures for years, and this is the first time this has ever happened. I think the quality of service has declined tremendously since they opened, and I would suggest finding a new place to anyone looking. read more

So I've been here a few times now. Heard good things and was impressed. First time in it was great. Amazing customer service. Even down to a juice for my daughter who was getting her toes done. I was able to show the nail tech what I wanted and they did a great job. My last time in however it wasn't such a great experience. The man who did my nails seemed almost irritated that I wanted something specific done. I showed him the picture of what I wanted...wasn't anything super difficult. I picked out the color and the glitter top coat. Every little movement I made I got a roll of the eyes and a sigh. I know keeping still is important but this was beyond rude. He pushed my hand back to me at one point and at the same time he moved his hand across the table and they collided...he sat up looked at me and shoot his head as I had done something wrong. He asked me multiple times how I wanted my nails and I showed him at least 5 times or more plus left the image up...still didn't get what I wanted and I was too frustrated by the end to even complain. Additionally I didn't closely inspect before I left and noticed after but there was still dark polish from my previous color still under the very light almost nude color I had gotten. Lastly, they usually file underneath to "clean" the bottoms out and to prevent them from peeling away from the powder... nope. And now most of my nails are peeling up. Let start off by saying I usually do my own gel nails, so I am use to being 100% in control of my nails and how they look. I've gone to some nail salons in Woodland (which shall not be named) and always got cut so I have stopped since (gave them 2 chances). Came here because the hubs wanted a pedi for his dry feet, tagged along and ended up getting a gel french tip. Now here is my review: I got a woman named Lisa. She was really nice and spent a lot of time prepping and doing my nails. I really liked how she paid attention to detail, and the best part... she didn't cut me once! She would ask me how I liked my french tip and if I wanted the tip thinner, curvier, etc... when it wasn't to my liking, she would re-do it till I was satisfied. I did not feel rushed, it felt clean, and I enjoyed my experience. It is a bit pricey compared to other salons I've been to (I paid $30 excluding tip), but its worth it because of the service. 4.5 stars. My hubs got pedicure that costed $45. He forgot the name. He got a woman named Annie. Let me give you some background, my man is PICKY, however, he loved his pedicure. They massaged, moisturized, trimmed...everything he needed. He said that he could fall asleep because it was so comfortable. He will be coming back and Annie will be his go to girl. Also, it lasted 45 mins-50 mins so he was RELAXED! I would say 5 stars for him. Overall, I'm rounding up to 5 stars based on this experience. I haven't tried their acrylics yet, but I did see a girl next to me with the prettiest coffin set. I had to go on a little rant about this place. I have been coming here since they opened and today was just something I didn't expect. I walked in got my feet done , that went great. Then next was my hands , I was attended by a guy from what I knew was a receptionist from the last time I went. So I am attended by him and he starts cutting my nails , mind you I'm pregnant so my nail growth is out the roof. He ends up making two diffrent shapes oval and square. So I have to tell him can you make all of them square.... he says ok. He then applies the powder which is suppose to be white. I asked him is this the final color once he was all finished and he said yes... it was a pinkish/white.... not white. I then tell him this is not white he then says wel that's the color and hands me off to another employee. She then says and I can fix it... but at that point it was a process to take it all off and reduce the same color. Mind you I have my baby shower to attend. Both equally talented manicurists. They have a rewards program which is really cool. You get a stamp on your card for every mani (or pedi I'm assuming) and after so many you get a free one. The job she did was amazing, she took her time with everything. The paint job she did-- beautiful! The only complaint I had which had nothing to do with the establishment itself was a customer that brought in all of her children (being a mother myself I get sometimes doing what you have to do) but literally the two older children ran around the room, climbing on the furniture, knocking over things. She continued to continuously yell at them from across the room to sit down to stop it etc, while the infant she held piercingly screamed the whole entire time. Went to this place on a whim today. The service was normal. I waited 10-15 minutes as a walk in. I asked for a gel fill which i was told was $30 and I picked a sparkle color out of the basket of colors i was handed. All normal routine as with other nail salons. As soon as the nail tech finished my nail she handed my receipt for service. I was stunned because I was charged $40. She said the additional $10 was because of the color i chose. What a RIP OFF. The sparkle color i chose was a base color with sparkle clear coat on top, nothing special. Its the same kind of color i choose at other salons but i have never been charged for. If i was told from the start that the service would be $40 totsl, i would not have a problem with that. Its the fact that they didn't reveal the additional cost til AFTER the service was rendered. It was one thing for my nail tech to provide poor customer service and another to do a poorly executed gel nail mani. She didn't file my nails straight. They were actually diagonal. Two of my nails have what appear to be eyelash hairs embedded into the polish and some other particles. I haven't even had my mani for a week and my nails aren't even looking in good shape. I've been here with my mom and sister, there were of course issues here and there but we were able talk to them afterwards in which they agreed to fix our nails for free. I have my nails done here and the workers welcome me in every time and put me in a friendly environment which some places doesn't have. The place is super clean, big and modern which is always a plus. Most of the time, it is quiet with smoothing music that is very relaxing. The workers are somewhat quiet mostly because they speak very little english. I wished everyone knows this because they tried their hardest to talk to the customers. Imagine yourself speaking another language to a fluent speaker and they look irritated and annoyed, you probably feel embarrassed and won't say a thing, this is how the workers feel. Came here because I was in the area and really needed a pedicure. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked to pick a polish color. They have a huge assortment of nail polishes. The nail tech that was doing my pedicure explained the different pedicures offered and that the $45 pedi only 6 other salons offered it in California. In the middle of getting the pedicure a guy came by and was restocking each cabinet with new nail buffers and files. When the customer next to me was finessed with her pedicure the guy came by to sweep the area as well as spray sanitizer on the seat.
