If you're seeking mental health help do NOT bring your loved one here. phone calls were not directed to me when loved ones try to call, some of the Nurses didn't bother to check up and put down that i refused everything on their notes, and Dr Valdez was one of the worst people i've ever dealt with. Woke patients up including me to "check in" but would ask 2 questions and wouldn't even look me in the eye. Absolutely rude and care was mediocre. Again, shout out to some of the floor staff and Nurse Emma who did everything they could to actually help me out.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a…read moreseries of severe safety, security, and communication failures that occurred during my stay in Room 103 on the night of July 13th. This experience has completely shattered my sense of security, leaving me feeling entirely vulnerable and unable to sleep. Below is a detailed account of the incident and the systemic failures that followed: Incident Details & Failures Failure #1: Unauthorized Room Entry and False Representation At approximately 11:00 PM on July 13th, an unknown male wearing a yellow smock over scrubs and a face mask entered my room. When I asked who he was, he insisted he was my night nurse. I knew this was incorrect as both of my assigned nurses were female. Despite me telling him to leave, he insisted a second time that he was my nurse. Only after he looked at the whiteboard and saw my actual nurses' names did he say, "Oh, I made a mistake, I'm sorry." He then approached my bed to apologize again. When I asked for his name, he identified himself as A**ad before finally leaving. The shift change was at 7pm. How did he think I was his patient at 11pm? Make it make sense. Failure #2: Complete Lack of Response to Emergency Call Button While this unauthorized man was still in my room, I hit my call button, alerted the operator that a strange man was in my room, and begged her to send help. She promised to send someone, but no one ever came. After the man left, I called a second time. Again, the operator promised to send someone. Again, no one came. Failure #3: Delayed Escalation and Negligence I was forced to hit the call button a third time. The operator informed me that my night nurse, Gina, was back from her break but was on the phone. Out of sheer desperation and fear, I had to threaten to rip the IV out of my hand and walk down to the nurses' station myself just to get someone to take my safety seriously. I also called Security twice to file a report and no one came out to talk to me as of 1:37am. Context of Vulnerability I want to emphasize how incredibly vulnerable I was during this intrusion. I have an IV attached to my left hand and was actively prepping for a colonoscopy the next morning. I had just gotten off the toilet when this man entered. Because of my medical equipment and prep, I was physically unable to run or defend myself. Post-Incident Actions taken Once G**a was alerted, she immediately came to my room, listened to my account, and brought in her nurse manager. Because the Patient Business Office was closed, I left them a voicemail. I also personally contacted Hospital Security to file a formal report. Recognition of Exemplary Staff Despite the systemic failure of the hospital's security and communication systems, I want to formally recognize my care team. Gina has been incredibly helpful, efficient, empathetic, and deeply remorseful about what happened to me. A***a has also been exceptionally sweet, professional, and attentive to all of my needs. They are the only reason I feel any modicum of care here. Request for Action This was a terrifying security breach. A random staff member or intruder was allowed to falsely represent himself, approach my bed, and ignore my demands to leave, while the emergency call system completely failed to protect me. I expect a formal investigation into: Why "Ah**d" was in my room and why he insisted he was my nurse. Why the call button operator failed to dispatch immediate security or staff assistance during an active security threat. What steps are being taken to ensure my safety for the remainder of my stay. I look forward to your prompt response.

I want to thank Dr. Peter Huynh and his entire team. Yesterday I received my eighth epidural…read moresteroid injection in my lower back over the past six years. The first three injections were at a different hospital. Dr. Huynh has performed the procedure for me two or three times since then. I should have written this review a long time ago, but better late than never. Yesterday's injection was by far the best one I've ever had. The actual procedure took maybe two minutes. I barely felt the numbing needle and barely felt the larger needle. It was over before it even began. For someone who has been through this many times, that level of skill and care means a great deal. The pain I deal with comes from my condition, not from the way the injection was performed. Thank you very much, Dr. Huynh, and thank you to the entire staff. Special thanks to Dr. Millicent (Milli) -- I apologize if I have the spelling wrong and I don't know your last name. I've spoken with Milli every single time I've come in for this procedure over the past four years. We both have corgis, and we always ask each other how our dogs are doing. Milli is always very friendly and kind, and I really appreciate that. The first person I met yesterday was Robert. He got me hooked up to the machine and ready for the procedure. He is Filipino, and my wife is also Filipino, so we bonded right away over the special way Filipino women act when they are upset. We both laughed because we knew exactly what the other was talking about. Dr. Tang (I remember her name because it's like the drink Tang) was also there. I believe she assisted Dr. Huynh or may have performed part of the injection itself. I was lying on my stomach so I couldn't see, but she was professional, kind, and funny. She made me feel very comfortable. Oscar helped push me into the operating room and later into the recovery room. He was really cool and friendly. I remembered his name easily because Oscar was my Spanish name in high school Spanish class. There was a woman named Vun who ran the operating table and took the images of the area being worked on. I didn't speak with her much because I was on my stomach, but I said hello and she seemed very friendly and a valuable part of the team. There was at least one other nurse who helped me move from the regular bed to the operating table. She helped me keep my dignity during that transfer, and I'm sorry I don't remember her name. I have a name in my mind but I don't want to say it in case I'm wrong. In the recovery room, Wendy was great. My birthday is August 16 and hers is August 17. We bonded over that, and I learned she's going to Cancun for her birthday with her boyfriend. I hope you have a wonderful time, Wendy. She gave me juice and crackers, called my wife to pick me up, and was a friendly face that topped off the whole experience. Wendy also wrote down Dr. Peter Huynh's full name for me, which is why I have it correctly. I should have asked her to write down the other names too, but I know she was busy. The final person I met was a nice woman who pushed me out of the hospital in the wheelchair. I have no idea what her name was, but I appreciate you. Thank you very much -- you were very friendly too. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you again to Dr. Huynh and the entire team for the care and kindness.

Dear CVS Senior Management,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at CVS Pharmacy. The service I received was extremely poor, and some staff members behaved in an unprofessional manner I spoke with an employee named Imelda regarding my medication, but she walked away without explanation while I was in the middle of speaking to her. I was left waiting without any update, and she never followed up or checked on my prescription. I then asked for assistance from the manager, Jessie, but she did not take the time to properly review my situation. Even though I explained that my doctor had already sent the fax, she told me I could not receive my medication. Her tone felt impatient, and she raised her voice, which made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. Because of this, I had to contact my doctor again while waiting at the store. After they resent the information, the medication was eventually found in the system--but no one had taken the time to check thoroughly before. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes unnecessarily. I used to visit this CVS location often, and the staff was always helpful and professional. It was one of my favorite stores. However, after this experience, I feel nervous and uncomfortable returning, which is disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues, especially since this is a 24-hour location that many patients rely on. I would also like to recognize Liz, one of the pharmacists, who was very kind, patient, and helpful. She clearly explained everything and made sure I received my medication. I truly appreciate her excellent service.

I arrived at 11:15 AM and waited nearly two hours before being called for a urine sample at 12:50 PM--only after I raised concerns about the extended wait and needing to use the restroom. I was then told I would be next for the physical exam, yet I was never called. After waiting until 2:15 PM, I had to leave. During my visit, several individuals who arrived after me were seen before I was. When I asked about rescheduling with an appointment to avoid another long wait, I was told the location accepts walk-ins only, despite staff mentioning that some individuals are prioritized. The process felt disorganized and inconsiderate of patients' time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and would encourage others to consider alternative clinics. If I could give zero stars, they deserve it.
