The technician even had to come out to ask where his patient was, which showed a lack of organization at the front. The technician was professional and efficient -- the procedure took less than 10 minutes. However, he mentioned the CD would be ready the next day, while the front desk told me it would take three days. The inconsistency and lack of communication made the process frustrating. This office has potential, but the front desk really needs better training and organization. With a bit more attention to patient service, it could be a much smoother experience.

In many hospitals and imaging centers today, 3 Tesla MRI scanners are available. A 3 Tesla MRI generally produces higher-resolution images, better detail, and can be particularly beneficial for studies involving the brain, spine, prostate, joints, small ligaments, and certain neurological conditions. Better image quality can sometimes help radiologists detect abnormalities more clearly, although the most appropriate scanner depends on the specific medical situation and your physician's recommendation. My goal is not to discourage anyone from using this facility. Rather, I encourage every patient to ask: Is this a 1 Tesla or a 3 Tesla MRI? Is a 3 Tesla MRI recommended for my specific condition? I later learned that the machine they use is outdated, which explains the terrible results. I had to get a second MRI at a different facility, and that one clearly showed the tear that the Millennium machine completely missed. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment.
