Who you gonna call..... Plumbing issues are never any fun. From the drip, drip, drip to sewerline piping issues- never fun, snd always something you need to take care of. We have used Virtues in the past for toilet installation and cracked sewer piping from the bathroom. They have changed waterline shut off valves for us too, both bathroom values and the shutoff valve to the house. What was very impressive was each time they came out, they were prompt, friendly explained my options. They provided recommendations and the reasons why. Case in point- a shut off value by the toilet sprung a slow leak. Left undetected, a lot of damage could occur. Virtues told us when houses are built, builders sometimes just go with the cheapest parts, even though the better quality ones only cost a few bucks more. We ended up changing all of them, better quality values provided us with more peace of mind. Virtues is definitely worth the wait, but they will always try and squeeze you in when there is an emergency as best they can. TL;DR at the bottom. One day while I was washing dishes, I thought to myself, 'hmmm, i think I might want a new sink.' That very same day I went to Home Depot and bought a sink. When I brought home the sink, my roommate was like, 'double you tee ayech! How did you bring up that heavy sink all by yourself?' And I was like, 'no worry beef curry. You see deez hammahs?' *flexes* The sink stayed on the kitchen for a while because I didn't know how to install it. My roommate was like, 'so you bought a sink without knowing how to install it?' I was like, 'no worry beef curry. I know someone who can.' *flexes* But I lied. I didn't know anyone who can. That very same day, I tried shopping around for someone who can help me install a sink. Everyone were either busy or very expensive. So I asked my roommate, 'eh roomy! Do you know anyone who can help me install this sink?' And my roomy was like, 'yeah! Try call Joe from Virtues Plumbing. He did many repairs to my mom's aunty's nieces's husband's house before.' We purchased a home in Hawaii Kai and needed repairs on some leaks and other items from our home inspection before we moved in. I found Virtues Plumbing on Yelp and reached out. Joe called back and listened to what we needed. He asked for the inspection report and said he would send his team the day we got the keys to the new home so they could start right away. Communication was stellar! Joe was so nice and understanding of our situation. The day came and the professionals came Darrell and Dayton. Joe said that they would get started on the important items.
