We recently had Vision Appliance resolve the seal and a lighting issue on our Sub Zero Refrigerator. They are very professional and quoted a price beforehand. Once I agreed to the installed price the part was ordered and an appointment was scheduled for a later date. The seal was installed perfectly and lighting issue ended taking several trips as my diagnosis was incorrect and another part was needed. We had to get our dishwasher fixed and thankfully we found Vision Appliance thru Nextdoor. I usually don't leave reviews but their service DEFINITELY warranted a good one! James came out and found the issue but needed to order the part as it's not one readily available. He told me the office would call back to set up a new appointment to install it. This being a Friday I wasn't expecting a call back anytime soon. A few days later Mary called back to set up a return visit to install the part. It was set for Thursday as that was the date FedEx gave them for delivery. Thursday rolled around and Mary called back to say that FedEx hadn't delivered yet and that we would have to shoot for Friday instead. They supposedly have 2 deliveries per day and she wasn't sure which one they were going to get. She said if it came in on the early delivery that she would drive the part to the technician herself to make sure they could get it fixed. Unfortunately FedEx did not come thru and they delivered it late that day making a service call not possible. We then set up a new appt for Monday. Monday rolled around and Mary once again called to ensure me they had the part in their hand and that it was still a good day for me for James to come back out. Long story short it was and my dishwasher is fixed!! After a long winded story, the takeaway from this is that Vision Appliance is AWESOME!! You rarely see a company that keeps communication lines open and actually contacts you to keep you informed. As for the techs, James knows his stuff as I'm sure the rest of them are. With all of the COVID-19 issues, Vision Appliance was willing to come out and do the repair on my stove in one stop. I really appreciate that they were able to order the igniters for my stove at my request. The guys came out today to replace the igniters and they were very quick. The charges were what they quoted. Although they do not have a lot of yelp reviews, this company is worth giving a try! Just an FYI, I had contacted a repair company that was recommended by Viking and they would not even give an estimate for the repair that I knew was necessary. Vision Appliance Repair was amazing. My dryer decided not to dry my clothes. I called Vision on the day after Christmas and Tim was here within 2 hours the same day! Now that is service! I just had a very positive experience with Vision Appliance Repair. My wife and I have a wine cooler that no longer cools. Wanted to let everyone know of a very good experience. Our washing machine wouldn't drain and it was after 5:00 pm. We found Vision Appliance Repair online and their hours were up to I think 7:00 pm on the weekday. We called and talked to a nice lady who scheduled a call for the next day. Jim showed up and within a half hour had the washing machine up and running. Very good experience with friendly, experienced people. It's nice working with a local, family-run business.
