Did a great job on the body/paint work of my vehicle. Had to initiate 99% of the phone calls for status of the work and would leave voicemails and still had to phone them back. Trunk auto opener was not working after return of the vehicle (was prior to drop off) and instead of driving 40 miles each way to head back down on a weekday (not open weekends) I went to a local dealer and they reattached everything. I completely wrecked my front bumper and under-panel sheath thing (clearly, I know cars) and was referred to Vision Auto Graphics by my Nissan dealership. I walked in for an estimate on Monday morning and by just Wednesday afternoon the new parts were ordered, painted, installed, and my car was ready for me to pick up! Super quick and easy. Bryan was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to point out and explain. I gave him a brief run down of what I had done to the poor car, and he gave me a step-by-step explanation of how the damages most likely developed as he inspected it. He was patient, friendly, and made me feel like my car was his only concern of the day. I got an estimate within minutes (the damages were nothing elaborate) and didn't pay a thing until I picked up my vehicle. I'd suggest having some financial cushion in case the estimate isn't spot-on or if further damages are discovered. My aftermarket bumper happened to be a little pricier than what was noted on their system but I was prepared for it in advance. I'm incredibly satisfied with the results (car looks great!!) and impressed by how quick and painless the entire process was. It couldn't have been easier and I highly recommend their services! Exceptional help at no profit to Vision: Vision was engaged by my insurance company, USAA, when a box truck backed into our SUV in a parking lot and totaled it. They worked with USAA and a third-party damage assessor to assign a value to the vehicle for the insurance payout. In a series of emails and calls over a couple of weeks, culminating with a near 1/2 hour call with USAA, Bryan went way above and beyond the call of duty in putting in time and effort to work to correct mistakes made by the third-party damage assessor that erroneously deducted $2400 from the value of the vehicle -- money that would have come right out of my pocket. He did this because it was the right thing, not because it meant more money for Vision. In the shark tank that is so often the world of car repair, it restores your faith a bit when you encounter an honest person who goes out of his or her way to do the right thing for the right reasons. In January of 2019 I was rear ended on Cardinal Dr. Had my car towed to Vision Collision, they went through the car and determined it was totaled. I'll start this review by saying that I am the type of person who pays very close attention to detail, I do my homework before walking into a situation, and everyone starts out as a suspect to me, especially auto mechanics! That said, I've now been going to Vision Autographics for the past five years due to their consistency in providing outstanding customer service, quality and reliable service on my vehicle, and fair pricing; any one of which qualities are near impossible to come by around here. Each time I've had to pay these guys a visit, I've left knowing that it was undoubtedly time and money well spent! I can honestly say I trust these guys to always do right by me. I highly recommend that you stop in and give Vision Autographics a chance at any of your autobody needs. Even if it's something like a simple marble that has rolled down the air ducts under your seat, and is now rolling around under your floor while you drive, (guilty ) ...these guys will know exactly what to do, will get the job done right, and if at all possible will actually go out of their way to save you time and money in the process. By the way, that marble situation was one where an Audi dealership tried for several hours to get the marble out only to tell me that they can see it with a small camera, but would need me to come back for another estimated 3 hours (which I would need to pay for) so they could remove the seat, floor boards, etc., to see if they can get the marble out. I called Vision and they had the marble out in less than 5 minutes. Didn't remove the seat or any panels. I was very impressed with Vision Auto Graphics and Collision in two respects. First, my car has been out of production for several years and parts are hard to come by. Bryan worked diligently over several weeks to find a replacement bumper. In several cases, suppliers said they had the part but when they showed up they were unusable. Finally, he found an aftermarket manufacturer who had the part. I really appreciated his patience - I'm sure my car was in his shop a lot longer than he would have liked - and his persistence in finding the part. Second, the quality of the work was excellent. Exceptional customer service! I was referred to Vision Auto Graphics by my Honda dealer after an out-of-town accident in my brand new (still wearing temporary plates) CRV. I had my car towed to the auto shop following the accident and had to rely entirely on the arrangements I could make over the phone. Bryan kept me updated every step of the way and provided me with the kind of customer service you don't see anyplace else. Not only did he make me feel comfortable with several thousands of dollars worth of repairs to the vehicle sight unseen, he offered to meet me on a non-business day to pick up my car without the hassle of scheduling off of work! Though a particularly courteous offer, we planned on my coming in to pick up the car on a business day, meaning a four hour drive from my hometown. When I arrived at Vision Auto Graphics it was closed (unsurprisingly - in retrospect) due to inclement weather. Not to worry though, all I had to do was call Bryan. BAD! BAD! Business I brought my 2002 Z06 here to get the roof and rear deck lid reprinted I was told that they would have to take out the glass and roof seals so that they could wrap the paint this justifies the 1340 price I was quoted, later that week I was told that the seals had silicones and had a crack and that to replace them it would cost an additional 480 dollars but that they were totally reusable these were their exact words so I told them to reuse them and it would replace them later. When I picked up the vehicle I asked if they would leak and was told no they will last for a little while but later that day it rain and my wife and I were in the car and water started to come in on both sides also my wife went to use the vanity mirror on the sun visor when she lowered it, it fell in her lap. When I called to complain them did not even want to hear me, I since took my car to a corvette specialist and he advised me that the seals were improperly installed I would not recommend these guys for any work at all buyer beware. read more
