    My car is a 2011 Honda Pilot. the paint on the hood and roof and on side passenger side was fading and had become totally unsightly!! Steve at Vision is an awesome person and they did a beautiful paint job on my car!! It flawless and with a lifetime guarantee I know if any problems arise, which they won't, they will honor it!!

    So this is my car in front of Vision. What makes this photo unique is that the car just arrived from California on a cross-country drive. In addition, this is the second car in 90 days that I have run through Vision. The first time was on a recommendation from a family member and the work was so good that when I acquired this car, I brought it right back to Vision. Bryan and his team are exceptional! Great attention to detail and beautiful quality in their work. In addition, there prices are very competitive. If you live anywhere in NOVA, it is absolutely worth your time to travel to this shop for any paint or body work to your car.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS 10/10. I had a car accident and they literally took care of everything. They kept contact with the insurance and kept them updated- so i could still keep my rental while they fixed everything. They order all new pieces. Brian was very helpful and so informative.. no confusion, no hassel, no stress. Kept me updated through out the whole process and even waxed my whole car! As if a car accident wasnt stresful enough, they made it soooo much smoother. Thank you!

On my most recent visit however there were some major delays with little and poor communication. After becoming frustrated with the lack of communication on when my vehicle would be completed I called to speak with anyone who could give me an idea of when my car would be completed. I was fortunate this day that a women named Janice in the front office answered the call. She not only listened to my issues of disappointment but took the reins of the situation even though she wasn't my service advisor. She even came in early on a Saturday morning (a day they are closed) and made sure I was able to pick up my vehicle. Janice went above and beyond what she needed to and saved what had become a frustrating situation to say the least. I would definitely recommend using this location because their work is great and people like Janice are the fabric of what make a great business.

I originally left a review on here due to the friendliness of the two front office ladies. They made the beginning process of this ordeal a lot smoother and alleviated a lot of my concerns. Now that I have my car back, I cannot praise this business enough. MY CAR IS AS GOOD AS NEW. If you saw it today, you'd never guess it was it was in a collision. Communication was A+. I never had any issues getting in contact with who I needed. They gave me constant updates regarding where my car was in the repair process. Also, there were no issues between Caliber and my insurance GEICO. Though I hope I never have to deal with this again, I'm glad I put my faith & trust in Caliber.

Failed First Appointment: My first window was Thursday, 8 AM-1 PM. I took off work, but no one showed. They called at noon to reschedule and were dishonest about the reason for the delay. Broken Promises: I specifically explained I could not take more time off work. They assured me a 4 PM Monday slot was fine. The Monday Fiasco: On Monday, they called at 1 PM demanding I be home immediately or they would "have to reschedule" yet again. When I spoke to the technician, he admitted I was his last job and he was currently sitting idle with no other appointments. Unprofessional Management: The "shop manager" refused to give her name and was incredibly rude and interduces herself as the "The lady who runs the shop". She made it clear that her priority was not the customer's schedule, but ensuring her technician didn't get paid to wait for the actual appointment time she had already confirmed. This shop is run with a complete lack of integrity. If your insurance gives you a choice, go anywhere else. If they don't, be prepared for them to waste your time and treat you with zero respect.

    This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had…read more I had my windshield replaced in February through Safelite via my insurance (Travelers). The installation seemed fine at first, but earlier this month my vehicle suddenly broke down and had to be towed. The shop found multiple electrical issues, repaired them, and then the same problem happened again a week later. After further inspection, the mechanic discovered water leaking through the windshield, which was soaking the vehicle's electrical system and causing all the failures. I was specifically asked if I had a recent windshield replacement--clearly pointing to the installation as the root cause. I contacted Safelite, and initially they acknowledged the warranty and scheduled a technician to inspect the vehicle at the dealership, since the car was not safe to drive. The very next day, I received a call from a representative, Mykala, stating they could not perform a leak inspection outside their shop. I explained multiple times that the car is undrivable and unsafe, and cannot be moved. She said she would speak with her supervisor. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The supervisor refused to help, raised her voice at me, dismissed the safety concern, and ultimately hung up on me. Shortly after, my warranty claim was denied and the appointment was canceled. Not only was the issue caused by improper installation, but I have now spent over $2,000 repairing electrical damage directly linked to water leaking through the windshield. At no point did they take accountability or even acknowledge the possibility of fault. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and disregard. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After taking your money, this is how customers are treated--dismissed, disrespected, and left to deal with the consequences. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services.
