When we came to pickup the car and found only half the job done, he said he did not give us a quote for the other half!! After visiting several BMW dealerships I could not have received the love and care for my vehicle like United Auto Body. The owner Mr. Kim did not take advantage of me to overcharge me - I received a quote and that's what I paid. To add to the already excellent service - they gave me a ride to pick-up my rental car and even washed my dirty vehicle. Mr. Kim is a magician. I had borrowed a roommates pickup truck for a weekend. I ended up scratching some paint near the edge where the paint meets the bed. They did a great job repairing a dent on the bumper of my kia and the gentleman was very professional and very nice.

(I had a front and rear end collision, my car was sandwiched. Someone rear ended me, causing me roll forward) So after a month of waiting, I went to go see the car. I was upset right away. Rear bumper paint doesn't match, and also there's barely any clear coat on it. The front/rear bumper barely has any clear coat on it, my hood paint is chipping off! It started to chip off after a week. I had to go back because the trunk wouldn't close right. I had to slam it in order to get the latch onto the hook right. Want to hear something stupid? Instead of unbolting the nut to reposition the hook, they hammered it to the side. And guess what? Still doesn't close right. My rear bumper paint is chipping off on the side underneath my tail light. EVERYTHING IS CHIPPING OFF. They also freakin spray painted the bottom trim of my rear bumper BLACK... WHY??? It doesn't come like that OEM... Such a bad paint job ever. I would NOT recommend ANYONE to come here for paint, unless your blind. Also, after painting the car, you need a full buff and detail job. They clearly didn't do that. From reading other reviews about this shop, the owner threaten someone because they wrote a bad review? Okay, that's just piss poor sad. He can threaten me all he wants but what is that going to prove? All I'm doing is giving a review on a site where reviews matter for curious clients. Sorry if my honest review hurts feelings. Great experience here. Got few quotes and this place was best value. They did a great job getting the scratches out of my car and I can't even tell where they were located. Everything is smooth and even. Great job! Paul and Yu provided great customer service. Seems like a family run business and they provided me with good attention and took care of my problem. They were able to complete the job in the time they promised and getting an appointment was easy (they were happy to work with my busy schedule and offered to pick/drop me off as well). Price was very reasonable. And at the end, they hand washed my car (without charging me extra or without me asking!) and made it look brand new! I was just very impressed they did this (most places will do the bare minimum to make a quick buck) and their attention to detail. Needless to say I will be a returning customer. read more
