Not many places carry Silhouette frames (rimless) anymore, but Naperville Optical has a full selection, which is what brought me there in the first place about 8 years ago. They have been willing to, at no extra charge, customize the size and shape of my lenses. They have not tried to talk me into buying new frames when I have old frames (previously bought there) that I'd rather use. As an extremely picky glasses wearer, I have refused to even consider buying anywhere else since buying my first pair of glasses with them. They are very responsive and treat me like family. Dr. Lisa doesn't keep you waiting for your appointment and is thorough throughout her examination. This visit I needed reading glasses for the first time and since I have bifocal Lasik, meaning one eye as farsided and one eye is nearsighted, I needed to get prescription reading glasses. Joy, Taylor and Alice spent so much time helping me pick out the right pair. By the time I was done I had glasses everywhere from trying on so many, but they were pleasant in making me feel comfortable that I made such a mess because I was indecisive. Luckily the girls picked the right pair for me and I went with their suggestion. I definitely recommend Dr. Lisa and Eye Boutique for examinations and contacts or stylish glasses.

"We can't do that, you better hurry or we won't be seeing you today. We're already SO behind and the doctor doesn't have time to wait on YOU." I feel like I can't even console him, because I'm rushing and my hand is still shaking. I finish the paperwork and check the time on my phone - it was 6 minutes past the appointment time, and again, there's not even another person in the waiting area. No one at the office told me to arrive extra early for paperwork before the exam time. The assistant brings us back to a cramped room and again is incredibly rude and snappy, demanding I sit down and my daughter sit on my lap. I explain that will be hard with my son who is now hysterical from her disrespectful tone.
