DO NOT GET YOUR FLOORING HERE!…read more Let me start by saying that their sales people who come to the house are so friendly. And they make the process easy by having all the samples when they come to the house so you really can finish all decisions in one meeting. That's where the good ends. Everything after that first meeting is a full scam. Once you sign on the dotted line, the service is GONE. We were sold the 5 year extended warranty specifically because of our animals. The sales people pointed out our existing carpet damage from our dogs and said that we HAD to get the extended warranty to ensure that if they ever damaged the carpet in any way, it would be replaced. Did we get the warranty? Of course! Did our dog damage the carpet this past week? Yup! Did they tell me to take a long walk and that they don't cover pet damage while reading their policy from a script in front of them? Sure did. We are talking a 2'x2' piece of damaged carpet that we already have extra carpet to repair and they wont look at it or consider repairing it even though that's what BOTH of the sales people in our house guaranteed that they would fix for 5 years. Installation was done horribly, the carpeting and pad they installed is rock-hard, coming unraveled, and looks like garbage. They didn't even remove the stickers or fill the nail holes on the baseboards. I asked if they had a manager or anyone who had walks through and signs off on the install. They said they would send an install supervisor and never did. If I had it to do over I would have never gone with Empire. But I did so I making sure I tell EVERYONE to get their flooring through literally any other company you can find.

We recently had our flooring done by Everlast Flooring, and the entire experience--from start to…read morefinish--was outstanding. Steven handled our initial consultation, and he was exactly what you hope for: kind, courteous, and refreshingly straightforward. There was zero sales pressure--just clear, honest information presented in a matter-of-fact way, which we really appreciated. When comparing them to other companies, Everlast offered significantly more value. The attention to detail stood out--things like moving furniture, removing and reinstalling baseboards, touch-up painting, and addressing minor subfloor issues were all included. On top of that, the quality of their product was easily 10/10--far superior to what we previously had installed. The crew was incredibly efficient, but what really set them apart was that they're family-owned and operated. The same family was on-site every day doing the work--not subcontractors, which is something we saw a lot with other companies. That consistency made a huge difference. Another big plus: they focus on one job at a time. We never had to wonder when they'd show up or worry about delays from juggling multiple projects. Steven communicated daily, keeping us informed on timing and progress. The team worked hard--some days even late into the evening--to keep things moving. They treated our home with care, paid close attention to craftsmanship, and clearly take pride in both their work and materials. We couldn't recommend Everlast Flooring more highly. We'll absolutely be recommending them to friends and family--and using them again for any future flooring needs.

Although I had a uniform floor throughout and there was damage in the entry way of two of the rooms Allstate/Safe Co would not cover the replacement stating that the Contractor failed to prove damages to those areas. The contractor then pushed Las Vegas Flooring on us, and they did the 70% of the area, but left two room with the old damaged floor and they also did crap finishing at door ways. This took about 5 months for them to handle and in the end the new floor was full of messy marks and overall quality issues. When we had asked, Las Vegas Flooring wanted $16k to do the additional two rooms. ---Hell No! I called a few of the people that were on the list, and check in the building. Needless to say while there were a few people with issues on Cortes, the bottom line was that they were making sincere efforts in there work where as people such as Las Vegas Flooring (Rip Off). First, when Miguel arrived, he immediately was able to identify the original flooring and where it was purchased. Had Las Vegas not been so pushy, I could have had close to my original floor. Next, he offered to get flooring to match the new floor for me (via Prosource) or I could purchase it on the internet and he would install it. I ordered it from e-floors and they shipped it to my building. Being that I live most of the time in another state, it was not possible for me to be at the building to receive it, however Miguel went the extra mile for me and got it taken care of. Expect this to take months as it did with Las Vegas Flooring and to have them come out multiple times to correct their errors, Miguel's crew had the job completed in a bit less than 4 days (if you count them receiving the new floor) and much to my surprise, they had installed the new floors perfectly on the first shot and blending into the Las Vegas Flooring install (that again took months). Miguel went one step further fixing the closet that was also not done correctly, moved all my furniture out and back and managed not to damage anything. Additionally, I noted that they did not create messy dust such as Las Vegas Flooring did. Imagine that....good work can happen in Las Vegas..... If you want no nonsense, a positive hardworking group that gets the job done right....call Miguel.
