They will go ahead get your medical insurance information then schedule you for a specific day without verifying if your insurance will cover it and by the time you're on the clinic they will let you that it isn't covered then they what you to call your insurance company to find out.Never even gave me at least clinics that might help me out.Will definitely will not recommend to my friends,coworkers and specially to relatives! read more

Stay away! They will change your appointment time without your consent. They also show up late, don't run on schedule and do not keep the PT informed. I wasted several hours Saturday morning and ended up not even getting my scans done. Horrible imaging center, go else where. read more

I was scheduled for a MRI. I have 4 cardiac stents. When I made the appointment they did not ask if I had implants or to send them information about implants prior to my appointment. The office had to research the stents. The stent cards were not conclusive and they needed to contact the company; now running 35 min late for my 70 min scan I was told I need to reschedule. I completely understand the need to verify for safety. It would be more efficient and the best use of everyone's time to have implant information researched prior to the appointment. read more

The people working at this facility were polite and seemed efficient. The building and area looked clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, that ends the good comments. 1) cost Their staff believes that when you ask "what does this MRI cost", they are correct to answer a different question. They prefer to answer "what do you, person behind the desk, think I will need to pay for this?" (I don't really blame them - I mean wouldn't we all really rather answer different questions than we are asked sometimes?) So they told me an MRI of the brain with contrast would cost $567.22 and that I needed to pay it right away for the procedure to be done. Since I thought I was likely in that part of my insurance policy where I pay for everything, this was not surprising. Since the MRI took only 30 minutes and was administered by a tech, the cost seemed high to me but certainly not low. Wasn't I surprised when the bill came in for $5,100!!! And my part was about $1400! So if you go to this office anyways, don't just ask what it costs. Ask "What will you bill my insurance for" and then record their answer. 2) Competence with medical procedure The tech worked on my 15 year old to inject the solution while she was in a headlock. She stabbed her 8 times on one arm and actually attempted to inject solution twice, each time blowing out her veins causing contrast to go under the skin. They had kicked me out of the room (wonder why?) and so they unapologeticly informed my child that injecting contrast causes pain when it blows out a vein. (Guess no one taught the tech the words "I'm so sorry to cause you pain".) The tech decided she needed help so she brought in another tech who proceeded to make a pin cushion out of her other arm. (Perhaps phlebotomy training would be good for them - blood draws are no problem for my daughter.) Finally they got the contrast in. As we left, no one gave us follow up instructions either written or oral. No one told me about the horrific proceedure my child had endured. So later that night, when my daughter seemed very sick and had really sore arms, my father asked "did you make sure to get the recommended 8 glasses of water through her in a few hours" I was shocked. We were given no such instructions. Again, if you brave this pretty looking place, ask the people slowly and carefully for the follow up instructions. Or call Grandpa right away. 3) Inaccurate expectations As we left, I asked when we could expect results. I was told that my daughters referring Physicians Assistant had marked it "stat" and so 24 hour turn around could be expected. So the next day, I tried to get answers. In reality 5 days later, after we had been told she might have a brain tumor by the PA, our PA explained that she had *NOT* marked it stat. She wanted thorough and careful attention given to it. Vision Park made another error. oops Don't go here. If you need medical imaging, you probably don't have extra money or time to spend on this. read more

Service wasn't the issue but recently received a Explanation of benefits (EOB) statement from Health insurance carrier and Conroe Premier Imaging Center, LP attempted to bill me $62,500.00 for a routine abdominal CAT scan that my daughter had performed. I'm not sure what the going rate is for this procedure but I find it very hard to believe that it should be billed at $62,500.00. Unbelievable!! And we wonder why healthcare is so messed up! read more

I have had 3 MRI's at this location since Jan 2013 due to back, foot, and neck injuries from a car accident. The staff is extremely friendly and went out of their way to make payment plans for my first 2 because they were done a week apart. Just had my 3rd MRI today and they got me back immediately, having come straight from my doctor, because I live an hour away. I was referred here by my family doctor, and while I did go through getting my MRI here, I should have probably gone somewhere else. First of all, they are NOT IN NETWORK with most insurance companies, but they play this game where they will honor your in network pricing. They openly discuss financial information and cost so everyone in the waiting room can hear. They demand payment before services are rendered, which is my opinion is a SCAM. I don't PAY for services before they are rendered, because if I'm treated poorly or not up to my expectations I don't feel I should have to pay. They are so worried about getting their copays and cash upfront that, the two ladies behind the desk looked constantly under pressure. Literally, that's all they did was demand payment and remind people of how much their cost was. I overheard the lady calling for appointment reminders...the first this she said was..."You're cost is $500, and your appointment is tomorrow at 11:30am". While the tech who assisted my MRI was very polite and friendly.....that's about the only good thing I have to say about this place. I didn't realize why my family doctor referred me here, until afterwards. Initially I asked to go elsewhere because they weren't in network. He got a little upset and gave me some BS excuse. Come to find out, he gets cash for referring patients there. So really, it's a scam all around. Next family doctor visit he's going to get a earful. Go elsewhere, I don't recommend Vision Park Premier Imaging. read more

I used this place for a MRI on my knee a couple years back. I was told it cost x amount of dollars but I got a separate bill a few days later from a Radiologist office in Dallas for their services rendered. I went back to Vision park to complain about and they retrieved my initial paperwork I had filled out when I came to get the MRI and the Vision Park Premier Imaging Center employee asked if that was my signature on the paperwork they gave me to fill out. I basically told them YES it was my signature but you should let your customers know all about the fine print and extra charges that will be coming. People come into their office under duress and need assistance and should be told about all charges right then and there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had a Lumbar MRI with and without Contrast on May 20, 2016. PROCEED CAREFULLY if you choose this facility. I answered all the Health Related Questions. On the last page of their packet in Bold and Underlined It ask " If you have any history of Anemia...Discuss this with your Technician prior to your testing. My technician was very nice and went over every item on the page with the list of Health Related Questions. Not once did she ask ANYTHING about my Anemia. As they are moving me through getting an IV in and the MRI Test, I did not remember to mention to my technician "My Anemia". As a result, I spent beginning the day following my test vomiting my own saliva for the next 24 hours. I could not swallow anything. I could not take any of my much needed medication I WAS AN WITHIN AN HOUR OF AN ER VISIT BEFORE THIS SUBSIDED 24 HOURS LATER. I have had food poisoning once.....My level of nausea and vomiting from this MRI was 20 times more severe than any food poisoning. This is not something anyone should have to experience. Not to mention I could not see my daughter walk on her day of Graduation at the University Of Houston as she received her Degree with honors as a Mechanical Engineer. Definitely An Event that NO PARENT should have to MiSS BECAUSE OF A ROUTINE TEST THAT WAS HANDLED WITH MUCH NEGLECT. Regretfully, Leah S. Tomball, Texas read more
