I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.

A month after they ruined my glasses if it wasn't for me stopping by the criown point office I wouldn't have known that they broke the bridge and scratched the lenses. They did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know that they had destroyed my glasses. I paid almost $800.00 for my glasses. Instead repairing my glasses they scratched the lenses and broke the bridge. Long story short.
