I agreed to have it replaced with a brand new Pirelli tire, identical to what I had. when I went home I noticed a weird rattling sound underneath my car near the tire that was replaced. when me and my husband got out to look at the tire, not only it was my rim scratched up, the tire looked used and the rattling sound again. The next day we went back to Belle tire and the tech there went under my car and said that two screws were missing from my heat plate and that was causing the rattling noise, (he took pics and showed my husband) he didn't address the tire/rim because it was a Friday and he asked me to bring it back Monday morning. Monday, Antonio, the assistant manager came out to look at the tire and he said to leave the car there (9:30 am) and he would have his advanced tech look at the car/tire. After no updates or calls, we went back to the shop (4:30) only for him to tell me that they didn't find anything wrong with the tire and they weren't aware of any noise, and that his previous tech was wrong. I'm not convinced they even looked at the car again. He totally dismissed everything! At that point I realized the caliber of people at this location, dishonesty and greed. We ended up paying an additional $80 unexpectedly because of their poor communication, badly written estimates, and shady tactics. As I was checking Yelp for options, Glass Doctor came up and I saw Terry E's great review so I went with it! I was able to schedule my appointment right over the phone with Glass Doctor. I submitted everything through my insurance and then someone came to my house at the beginning of the stated time window. It did take an hour to replace, which I wasn't expecting, so be sure to ask if you have a time commitment. Once he was done, the guy working on my car told me to wait about 15 minutes to drive. It ended up being over half an hour before I drove it, and I noticed some weird rattling from the windshield that kind of freaked me out. However it went away quickly and so far so good! No leaks! *knock on wood* I would definitely use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone needing a crack repair or windshield replacement.
