Both Dr. Schneebeck and Dr. Redmond have spent so much time to accurately assess my initial diagnosis and explain the injury to me. I have had regular progress checks which have resulted in new recommendations to continue my progress. Because Ms. Gibson is so knowledgeable, she has been a master at listening to me explain what has been occurring with my vision each week and providing exercises to help me return to my normal life. No dilation, no eye pressure test & none of the standard questions ODs use to assess serious issues. He seemed more interested in telling my husband and i all about his Colorado road trips. Then, Dr H retrieved a copy of my prescription from another room, came back and said "everything looks great!" No details. I am 53 and i feel like my vision has declined in the past 3 years. So, i asked Dr. H if he could use my glasses to compare how much my vision had changed. "Of course!" He took my glasses & disappeared, returned momentarily & announced, "it hasn't changed much at all!" Again, he provided no data & no details, which seemed odd. The entire exam took 10 minutes, max. On the way home, i had forgotten to ask for a prescription for Bimatoprost . left a message with the receptionist. (i was surprised that i had to explain what it is!) As so many other reviews have said, the office staff is totally incompetent. The message the receptionist took was that i needed a prescription for Prazapam - a medication prescribed for insomnia & anxiety!
