All started out fine. My husband had did have some difficulties with the virtual eye testing because they only offered a Spanish interpreter with him being a Portuguese speaking customer, he struggled through it and was able to get the proper prescription. So the issue really started when they told us that we can get our Ray-Ban Meta lenses. We just have to send it out which we were finding. The young lady told us it will usually take around five days so we felt comfortable and agreed. Long story short. We did our appointment on the 14th and we didn't pick our prescription up until the fourth of the following month which was the very first day they told us it was available for pick up. The automatic order entry line gave a date of 29th for pick up and it wasn't ready at that time when we called the kind of asked for an update because we were concerned that due to my husband's prescription type there would be an issue with filling the prescription on our own provided frames. Nobody knew anything about the status of the shipment. They kept telling us to give it another week. I finally called and had to get an attitude for somebody to give me some type of answer, and after that call the end of that week we received our glasses. My main concern is that all the times I contacted the facility. Nobody was able to give me a consistent answer. Everything was all over the place. Every person had a different perspective of when the prescription would be filled in a different reason why it was taking so long no one was on the same page so it did not make for a good customer experience keeping that in mind that we had a $300 pair of glasses that we sent in to be fitted for the lenses.

When the baby was here they all helped of course the baby and I but also helped my husband ( he doesn't do great with births) which was really nice! I didn't feel pressured or rushed in my birth and felt completely taken care of. I did get an epidural and Steven was very nice as well and no pain caused by the epidural and worked very well with numbness. Overall best labor and birth experience I've had in a hospital, I had three kids and all different hospitals and this was the best by far!

My mother has ALS and the GI doctor who placed a feeding tube on her was kinda rude with no bedside manners. He told me that she only has maybe 3 months to live, and this was 8 months ago. My mother is still alive today, yes her diagnosis is progressive and I've seen the her health declined, but the way he explained things to me was very dismissive and has no compassion at all. I would not recommend this hospital at all because our ER visits have always been an unpleasant experience.
