I had a huge selection to choose from and a very friendly and patient salesperson helping me. Choosing was fun instead of stressful, which is my usual experience. It took less than a week for both pair of glasses (with progressive trifocals) to be ready, and the correction was perfect, which has not always been the case for me with previous lenses. Every staff member I worked with was professional, friendly, and informative; I loved the wide variety of frames; and the glasses fit and correct my vision perfectly. These folks provided my first pair of glasses. I liked them so much, and my roommate liked their service so much, we went back to get her glasses. We noticed our glasses were slipping down, so we couldn't see properly. Went in today, and they were patient, very helpful, and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left. For my glasses, they even put on a different kind of nose piece that is a bit thicker and stays on better. I got sweating doing things later in the day, and the glasses stayed right in place. Awesome service. I was worried after reading the reviews on Yelp, but obviously they had a bad associate. All stores have a bad apple I guess. Had wonderful service with the General manager at the location, and Nina. I don't like looking for glasses but they made my experience fun! I went in a couple weeks ago for a repair. I needed my lenses put into my new frames. I was welcomed as soon as I entered. I witnessed one of the employees patiently doing anything to help his current client. The associate that helped me was super nice and professional. After the repair she made sure they fit comfortably and didn't even charge me for the repair! The repair was quick and I was on my way! Excellent service! read more

Last week I went to their place to see if they have the nose pad. The employee named Lynda was very to the point and knows what to do, starting with finding a solution by tightening the frame of my glasses to compensate for their lack of nose pad. No fee for that! I went in with a difficult screw on a watch (of all things) no one could get it out. Completely did not have to help me, but the general manager helped me out and did not even charge me for getting the screw out. You rarely see this level of customer service these days.
