Four days later, I had a constant headache and realized the Loveland, CO location gave me the wrong prescription. I brought them back, they confirmed the mistake, and ordered new lenses since I already had the frame. Because I was leaving the state for two months, I asked them to send the corrected lenses to the Springfield, IL location. After two weeks with no glasses, I called the Loveland store four times. Each time I was told something different--first that the lenses arrived, then that they didn't know where to send them. Once I got to Illinois, I had to drive an hour to the Springfield store, only to be told the lenses weren't there. They advised me to get the tracking number, which showed the lenses had arrived and were "ready for pickup." Yet no one could find them. They had to remake the order. Now 6 weeks later, still waiting.

Don't know whether to go to the Sam's club website to access your account, or the Synchrony website as Sam's attempted to integrate one into the other...and failed. Setting up autopay when I first got the card was an absolute nightmare, being bounced from one website to the other. Ooooh, and now they crow about how they have a new way to sign in, but the site doesn't recognize the same username or password I've saved in my password manager, and used since I set the account up. Legitimate providers making security changes at least save your login info, so you can sign in and set your credentials to their new system. But nope. Today, the first time I attempt going to either website in a month, a dialogue box pops up and says I've attempted to enter my login info too many times...when I just arrived there. You wouldn't think Sam's would have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for a card provider, yet here we are.

I also had symptoms of glaucoma for which he prescribed other drops and some pillls. Many months later, the blurriness was getting worse and worse, and he just said to increase the drops. I have finally gotten a second opinion and a thorough diagnostic procedure. It seems I have severe glaucoma and a block in the retinal vein. I had numerous prisms, which also did not work. I had given up hope of ever seeing correctly again. My optometrist referred me to Dr. Spinozzi and I am so excited to have found someone to help me. He did an evaluation and I am 10 weeks into a 12 week treatment period. I see him once a week in his office where he has me do different exercises to strengthen and train the muscles to work together for single vision. I do exercises 5 days out of 6 for 30-40 minutes. These are exercises specifically for my problem and my husband is very helpful with those exercises that need a partner. I do these exercises faithfully as I can see what a difference they are making already.
