**** DO NOT USE ATLANTA EYE GROUP **** This is the worst customer experience I have ever…read morereceived. No one takes responsibility or accountability, and they do not care about their customers...You are just a number to them. Forget about a return phone call, as they can care less about you. I had a visit in Jan 2025 that required for them to file a claim with my medical insurance. I paid my portion of the co-pay that they stated after my visit. Insurance was to cover the rest. There must have been a mistake on their part, as insurance did not cover what they had determined. Not a big deal, as the visit was only $90 total. I do not have an issue paying the difference if they would only have called about the payment. I even returned later in the year for my annual check-up. Again, there was no mentioned of an unpaid balance. Rather than calling me, they submitted the receivable to a debt collector who added another $30 charge. When I called to inquire about the debt collector, no would return my call or provide a person who would talk to me. That is a great way to treat a long-time customer, right? They said they emailed an invoice, which I probably took as phishing, as I was not familiar with their name. I thought this was Lens Crafters, but now I know they are a different eye group. There are better companies to support, than a company that can care less about you. Don't be a number, be a individual and support a medical practice that cares about you.

I arrived on time but it took more than 30 minutes for the appointment to begin. I asked questions about what was included with the exam and was given erroneous and misleading information. Staff members were unwilling or unable to help resolve issues. It was a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, and I will not be returning.

No one ever knew anything to tell me and wouldn't reach back out to me, even when I requested call backs. I even revisited the store in-person. I've also spoken to the manager. Nothing! She said she was familiar with the situation and had planned to reach out to me, but didn't. What?! She said she was busy working at multiple stores. It's crazy for this to be this difficult. I am pretty much begging for service over this 2 month period. Calling and calling. Today, after the umpteenth call, I had to listen to yet another long explanation for why they haven't ordered my contacts and details about the system not doing this or that. I.DO.NOT.CARE. I just want someone to assume responsibility for my contact order and RESOLVE the issue. That can't possibly be too much to ask of an eye glass store. This is beyond poor customer service. I finally got close to receiving help today during a 50 minute phone call, but not yet. I am still holding on as I type this review. I can't recommend this company to anyone. For Eyes makes the vision care process unnecessarily burdensome and difficult.

I began searching for a private eye care (not a chain) that was close to my house and worried that I wouldn't be able to find one I liked. My search has now ended. This office has a friendly and professional staff, thorough exams with providers that listen and answer all of your questions. If you need an eye doctor that you can have pure confidence in this is your place.

However, the 7 day return policy is not flexible enough. When it comes to progressives, you need a few days to adjust to them. If there's a problem, one needs time to return to the store, find out that the prescription might be wrong, reschedule another ophthalmologist appt, and then return again with a new prescription. For people who work, it is not possible to miss so much work--or get another doctor's appointment so quickly--and return to fix the glasses. I spent a few hundred dollars for unwearable glasses because I work full-time and could not get back into the store with a new prescription within 7 days. I had to wait another year before I could address this due to insurance coverage. I recommend DHEC for standard glasses and the outstanding staff, but if you need progressives that might need some adjustments over time, you might want to consider a place with a more lenient policy.
