Came here for my yearly eye exam, as the place I usually go to is no longer in-network with my insurance. I made a same day appointment for 3pm and I received a text right after asking to confirm my appointment by 1pm either by text or call. I haaaate phone calls so I really appreciate the text option! They gave easy instructions to bring my old contact prescription or glasses, a mask, and to come 5-10 minutes before appointment time to fill out paperwork. Free easy parking and a convenient location in a small plaza across from Lenox mall. They do require masks to enter. The appointment was pretty similar to any other eye appointment I've been to. The office was modern and clean. The technician who did the pre-exam tests was efficient and friendly. Everyone I encountered was professional. The appointments seem to be spread out as there were no other ones available and I was the only person being seen. Another person did come towards the end of my appointment, but I liked how calm and quiet the office was. I was seen by Dr. V who went over pictures of my eyes with me and the pre-exam results. She was thorough and had a great personable bedside manner. She went over any questions or concerns I had and fitted me with my new contacts. I was in and out with my new glasses and contacts prescription within about 45 minutes from start to finish! read more

I purchased contacts and lenses from here about a year ago. Originally, they gave me the wrong prescription for my left eye contacts and I had to go back and get them replaced. I am a daily contact wearer so I am just now wearing my frames. And they don't fit properly at all. They constantly slide down my nose and they'll fall Completely off if I tilt my head down. They also have a smear marker right in the center of one of the lenses. This is my first and last time using Pearl Vision! read more

Great doctor. Terrible front office staff. I have been coming here for 8+ years. The two ladies up front were very dismissal about my insurance and about to turn me away. I asked them to call the number on the card and they refused because it didn't appear to be in panel with them. I called the number on my own and spoke when my benefits coordinator. I told him that I could hand my cell to one of the ladies and he said it is policy that they call from the Pearl Vision line per policy. I explained this to both ladies and they still said I did not have coverage but I urged them to call. This happened in 2021 as I ended up paying out of pocket for the push back on my insurance for my eye exam and contact evaluation (same insurance used today). The materials side is extremely friendly and recognize me when I come in. :) read more

I previoysly purchased my eyeglasses here and had an eye exam. I recently returned looking for a new pair of eyeglasses. The staff is always helpful and nice. There is plenty of parking at the shopping plaza. This location has a smaller selection of eyeglasses now then they did a few years ago. I tried on several pairs and the sales associate gave me quotes on how much the glasses would cost with my insurance. I did not purchase anything this visit though. read more

I got some nice lenses put in my glasses from here. Misha and Kelsey provided great customer service and were super accommodating and flexible. I was a little concerned at first because I was just going to get lenses and that's it, and they were originally gonna charge me $455 without insurance. That's a lot right? For just lenses? I don't know who established the charging policies but they seemed a bit greedy greedy. I know that it was not the optician/salespersons desire to overcharge they were just doing their job. Misha helped me out with my budget and I was able to get my new glasses the same day so it all worked out and they looked really nice. read more

I went here for eye exam and glasses. They called me back in two weeks. When I went back to get the glasses, the prescription was wrong.

In the market for glasses and I saw this location accept my insurance so I went to check it out. They have a nice size selection but the frames were very pricey and the less expensive frames were not really appealing. The customer service was horrible, when we walked in we were barely greeted and not one person got up and asked us if we needed assistance or offered any recommendations. If you do decide to come here it's in a great spot located directly across the street from Lennox Mall. There's a small free parking lot if you drive or you have the Lennox Marta Station across the street. It may work for you but I definitely won't be purchasing glasses from here. read more

I came from my annual eye exam after missing a couple of years I was super nervous to see the state of my eyes but the appointment was so quick and easy she walked me completely thru the health of my eyes I also ordered a pair of glasses so this situation wouldn't happen again they took their time helping me look for the perfect pair and fit and I left excited for a new pair of glasses read more

I'll be blunt, Misha is the only reason I'm not leaving a 1-star review, and she is the only reason I am still using Pearle Vision for my glasses. I've had two other opticians here try to gaslight me into keeping lenses that were made incorrectly, and I've had one eye doctor get super defensive and almost refuse to redo my updated prescription after I couldn't see clearly out of my new glasses. (Mind you I had already warned her that the update she was making to my prescription seemed wrong before the new lenses were even ordered, and she ignored what I was saying.) Misha intervened and got the glasses re-made correctly, and she is the only reason I didn't file a dispute with my vision insurance to cancel payment to Pearle Vision. If Misha ever decides to go elsewhere, I'll be looking for a new vision center. read more

Second bad experience. Won't be going back. The doctors were great but the staff is not. Understaffed, poor communication, incompetent.

It took 2 months to get my glasses and they were not correct! I took my eyeglasses prescription to this Pearle Vision (Lenox Rd) on November 16, 2022 and paid $1095 out of pocket. I had end of year reports and couldn't wait until my insurance would pay after January 1. I initially got the glassware December 6, but the right temple was bent out of place. The lady (Alisha) asked if I wanted her to do something? I said they need to be adjusted. She went in the back and brought them back. The eyeglasses seem to fit better. She didn't give me anything to read to test the prescription. I took the glasses back a few days later because they kept slipping down my nose but was told the lab tech quit. The receptionist said she could "fix them" . Unfortunately, she overheated them and damaged the right lens. I had to take them back again since it caused blurred vision out the right lens. Manager, Misha, said she had to keep the eyeglasses but would expedite the repair. I didn't get my eyeglasses until JANUARY 9, 2023! I asked for a refund or a discount. Manager, Misha, offered to make another pair of lens to go in another frame that I didn't have! I was insulted and angry. Then Alisha Dosani said she would ask her uncle, the owner, to ask how she could fix the situation. I never heard from her. I went back to the ophthalmologist on February 10 because I couldn't read out of the eyeglasses, and the right lens kept hitting my eyeball. He said my vision prescription hadn't change and Pearle Vision needed to make the eyeglasses correctly and fit them properly. He said "2 months to get them was a bad sign." I went to the Lenox Rd Pearle Vision for the sixth time. I waited an hour then a young lady went and bent the eyeglasses so much she distorted the vision more. They said the owner was in Mexico, manager was gone to lunch, and there was nothing they could do. I remember when Pearle Vision was reputable and had good service. I'll never use Pearle Vision again. read more

If you've struggled to find a good optometrist in the Atlanta area- here's your sign. The Dr's Office staff here is very friendly and fast when it comes to getting you all checked in. I'd recommend you book an appointment though, since they can sometimes be booked so far in advance- walk-ins may be left waiting for a good bit. The testing is thorough and I finally got a good explanation as to why my vision has been so poor lately! Now on the sales-floor side- things seem a little more pressured. I know that people gotta make that money and sales teams have goals, but they seem very irritated when you don't want to pay $600 for glasses. Case in point- we changed our mind about purchasing $500 glasses in favor of a cheaper brand and the sales woman (who had been sugary sweet up until now) suddenly wanted to usher us on our way. Oh well, ya can't win 'em all I guess. 5 stars for the optometrist, 0 stars for the sales team. read more

Just noticed that I wrote a review about Misha awhile back. She is a total rockstar! Misha is the reason why I'll be staying as a Pearle Vision customer. I literally lost my contacts while traveling and had to miss my flight. I tried calling to local stores for support with no assistance in sight. I decided to call my primary store as a last ditch effort to see how they might be able to help, Misha stepped in and got me taken care of within minutes. You have been Warned!! They don't answer the phone or call back - test it you'll see. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses totaling $1,150 from the Robinson Twp. PA. Pearl Vision. Within a month the right lens of the reading glasses had scratched, so I contacted the store. I explained I added the scratch resistance option for $160 and wanted them to confirm that it was added when they fix the scratch. The manager became defensive and said it was not the scratch resistance because they can scratch even with it , she hadn't even looked at the glasses. I Let the manage know I understood but wanted them to verify that it was applied because it was an option I called in after I purchased, so it may have been missed when they were made. The bottom line was because the glasses scratched quickly I wanted the scratch resistance verified when they were looked at. After explaining 3 times she hung up on me. Very professional about the eye exam.... Very poor communication skill! I've been trying since June to get the proper contacts! We're talking 12 to15 business days for multi-focal! Last month I made my first prescription eyeglass purchase at Pearle Vision in Buckhead. They had a variety of name brand frames to choose from. PV salesperson Heidi, assisted me with finding the correct frame for my face as well as contacting my insurance company for my purchase. In less than a week my glasses were ready for pickup. I think the caption "Meh. I've experienced better" is the perfect explanation for this particular Pearl Vision location. I had an idea of what type of frames I wanted so all I was looking for was a basic walk-out price with exam, frames and lenses, When I entered the store I had to stand there for a minute or two before someone acknowledged my presence (I should also mention that NO ONE was in the store). After a few questionable glances from the Pearl Vision staff a sales assistant asked what the reason for my visit was for. After explaining to the sales assistant the type of glasses (model number and everything) she promptly told me they did not have them then started telling me about the "great" deals they were running on other glasses that were nothing like what I was looking for. After a few lingering minutes I decided I would be better served else where and thanked the sales assistant for her time and left. Nevertheless I went to the neighboring Lenscrafters and was treated A LOT better. This does not speak for all Pearl Vision locations elsewhere, merely just this particular location. read more

Wide frame selection & very helpful staff: Misha B. the Optician was a lot of help! She helped me pick from an array of lots of cool frames. If you are used to getting your glasses from America's Best or a similar store, you may face some sticker shock like I did. There are designer frames that are more expensive, but my insurance help balance the price for quality vision. They def have non-designers options, but the insurance benefits will urge you to have trendy, pearl vision. read more

Went there to Pearl Vision get 1 hour service one evening but did not realize that the store was 5 minutes away from closing. Even though that was the case the manager Terry was amazing and stayed to help me with my purchase! He told me about all of the specials, discounts, helped me picked out frames that were affordable and stylish. Even though the store was closed, my order was processed in a timely manner and I was not rushed. I am very happy with my glasses and the service I received was impeccable. read more

Very poor customer service at this location. I made an appointment after my insurance website listed this office as a provider. I went into the location and the receptionist couldn't find my policy in the system. Instead of calling my insurance or have me call they were quick to brush me off and cancel my appointment. The doctor was right there indicating the treatment was ok. After I stood and verified my insurance plan, I decided to take my business elsewhere because of the lack of service. read more

If there are negative reviews of this place, either the competition is writing them or they are old with a different staff of people. The selection of glasses is huge. If you can't find what you want, you are too picky!!! The staff is friendly. I went in once when busy and they stopped what they were doing, asked what i needed, and said 'sit there and we will be right with you'. They were knowledgeable about the insurance and made it very clear what the total costs and after insurance costs would be. I had an issue with the prescription on one of the eyes, and they took care of the problem. They didn't need to do that but they wanted a satisfied customer. I had gone to Pearle Vision in Iowa when i lived there and now this is my glasses store. I will not go anywhere else. I am not sure if you can contact me with questions in these reviews, but if so i would be happy to confirm what i am saying. This place is EXCELLENT! read more

This place is wonderful. I am from out of town due to a family medical emergency, and my glasses broke. I went in to see if they could help me and they didn't hesitate to do whatever needed. They weren't able to completely fix the problem, but I got a temporary fix. They referred me to a place a few miles down the road and I received a discount card.
