My son is on the Spectrum and I receive services through regional center for respite care for him,…read moreand this company is the approved service. The first person they sent the first time my son ever had care was a self medicating diabetic who came to the job with low sugar and passed out. Paramedics had to be called. When I called them to say what happened they said they didn't even have emergency contacts for her on file. It took over a year for them to find another person who could come one day a week after school. I specified any day. But they never had anyone. When they did, she was great. After 2 months she said she couldn't come anymore. Another year goes by and they finally find someone. At this pointu sin was too thin due to ARFID issues. I explained to her we needed to get weight on him. I was taking a college class and when I would get home he'd be asleep and exhausted. Next day he said his legs and arms hurt. The next week I set up a nanny cam since I wouldn't be home. She was having my son do planks and other calisthenics!!!! She did t even ask if this was okay. I had her removed fromu son's care. Another year goes by and I finally find a friend of the family. So she jumos through their hoops for bothering process. Took her a month of CPR class. Orientation, etc none of which was paid. Then she starts watching son, I sign the timecards and 2 months later she has NEVER been paid!?? We have been back and forth and they keep giving excuses as to why they haven't paid her, trying to blame her and the regional center saying things I was able to prove as untrue. This is probably what happened to the other great lady that suddenly couldn't come. We kept calling and every week for 6 weeks we were told she'd be paid and then wasn't. So now she won't want my son because she hasn't been paid. This company is a joke! I don't even want to give 1 star. Shame on them for not paying their care providers.

Previous facilities could not or would not care for our Aunt's growing health needs beyond basic accommodations, which led us to Tiffany's Board & Care. From the moment we met the owners, the staff constantly kept us informed of our Aunt's condition. During the COVID pandemic, we were comforted with the knowledge that their wonderful team would surpass state guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of our Aunt. This team took our concerns to heart, working with us--night and day--to empower our decisions and provide the best support for our Aunt. More importantly, they enriched and improved our Aunt's life in ways we hadn't thought possible. As her health naturally declined, the staff's ability to convey this information and keep her comfortable never wavered. Tiffany's Board & Care loved our Aunt like she was family, never treating her like a patient. For that, we are eternally grateful. --Martinez Family

Over the years the house took such good care of them. There were always presents at birthdays and Christmas. Sadly Stan died about seven years ago, Lynn was so dignified and loving at his passing. On not even special occasions, Arline was treated to the food she loved- Mexican food, cheeseburgers and french fries. The house has always gone above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and happy. The care has been wonderful and I know Arline felt safe there. With Covid 19, I had not been able to visit with Arline of late. Lynn with her inner sense sent for me a couple of days before Arline died so we could have our last visits. I feel Arline was very fortunate to have spent her last thirteen years at this home.

Having a loved one in a facility can be overwhelming and emotional, but from day one, Marcos was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and reassuring. He always took the time to communicate with me, answer my questions, and make sure my mom was not only taken care of, but genuinely cared for. Especially while navigating her discharge and next steps, Marcos went above and beyond to support us and make sure everything was handled with care. During a time that could have felt stressful and uncertain, he helped bring clarity and peace of mind. The entire team showed so much kindness, patience, and respect toward my mom. You can truly feel that they care about the people they serve, and that kind of dedication is rare. I'm beyond grateful for the support, comfort, and reassurance they gave me when I needed it most. After 11 days in the hospital she was sent here. The whole point per their website is getting you physical and occupational therapy to get you ready for home life again. For my mom though she was just left in bed for 8 days. First the positive. Very clean facility with friendly staff. They have all sorts of activities several times a day for patients. I legitimately saw smiling patients having a good time participating. I witnessed a coffee social, games being played, and a movie night. Looked fun! The food looked pretty good too. Unfortunately the only way you'll participate is if you can get there yourself. Once my mom was taken here she was left in bed for 8 days to wither away. Not once was she taken to an activity. Not once did she see an occupational therapist in 8 days. One single time a physical therapist walked her up the hallway for 5 minutes only after my dad complained about lack of therapy. My wife and I got a wheelchair and took her out to the beautiful patio where they brought her a shrimp lunch even though she's vegetarian. It's the only time in 8 days she moved from bed. My mom would call me saying she's begged for an hour for someone to take her to the bathroom but no matter how many times she pushed the nurse button nobody came. After wetting the bed they just put her in a diaper which she had no choice to use going forward. She was bathed on her first day and that was it. My usually upbeat mom was so depressed and was afraid to move. It was so sad. Rooms had three patients. After talking to the other two they confirmed the same experience. This place would rather put you in a diaper than spend the time getting you into the bathroom. On the 8th day my dad had enough and took my mom home where she could barely move. He took her to her primary doctor who set up 5 days a week visits at home. 2 days physical therapy, 2 days occupational therapy, and 2 days nurse who helps with bathing, etc. After 1.5 weeks the improvement is pretty amazing. If this place spent ANY EFFORT in therapy it would have been a positive experience but they just left her in bed. Again, this is my experience. I saw with my own eyes this could be a positive experience but if you're not actively engaging they're not going to make any effort getting you involved in therapy or activities.

The staff is always responsive, organized, and proactive when it comes to handling insurance-related matters--making the process smooth not just for vendors like myself, but most importantly, for the residents and their families. A big part of it was the marketer who was not only helpful and communicative, but also enthusiastic about the building and the care staff. She helped them navigate various aspects of relocating our loved one, the pros and cons of different senior living communities and really highlighted the quality care provided by her staff. What ultimately sold us on this community was the memory care. We decided that it would be best to choose a community that had assisted living and memory care in one building so, if the time ever came, it would be a smoother transition should that level of care be needed. Although the building is a bit older, it is well taken care of and has a beautiful courtyard for residents and families to enjoy. I highly recommend taking a tour if you're considering assisted living homes for your loved one!
