I had three fillings done there and was in pain for two weeks straight; the experience left me feeling so stressed and violated that I was stuck in bed for a week. I decided to return to Insight Dentistry, this time, to the office in Downtown (I've been to their other Ventura location before), and I'm so glad I did. The dental assistant, Jenny, who did my X-Rays was so gentle and caring. Dr. Boldbaatar immediately identified the problem and fixed it. She re-did the fillings, and it was completely painless. I usually twitch at the dentist due to stress, but I felt so safe and welcomed by the whole team that I didn't twitch once. Truly one of the best dental experiences I've ever had.
