I hired Vita Appliance to inspect and repair my washer and dryer. I was charged $500 plus materials, supposedly for cleaning lint and fixing a dryer door latch that stopped the machine from running. At that price, I told Olzhas I might as well buy a brand-new washer and dryer. He convinced me not to by promising a 1 year warranty on the repair. Since I was already spending heavily on renovations at the time, I trusted him and went ahead with the repair. Once he received the deposit, communication became a nightmare. He barely responded to texts or calls, and I had to chase him repeatedly just to get updates. Seven months later, the dryer broke again, same issue. When I contacted him, he claimed it was a different part of the door latch and therefore not covered under the warranty. To make matters worse, he wanted to charge me another $400 for the repair. I again had to chase him just to even come take a look. At that point, I gave up and bought a brand-new washer and dryer. I ended up wasting hundreds of dollars on repairs I shouldn't have needed, when I could've replaced the machines months earlier and saved myself the stress. After all this, he still had the nerve to ask me to leave a 5 star review. I don't recommend Vita Appliance. Poor communication, questionable warranty practices, and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. read more

They came for repair, then chaeged for a rplacemnet part. it's been almost 3 month, contacted them about 11 times. event they promised over and over they never came or even called back. I'd call this a frud. read more

I was getting an error on my washing machine, so three guys from Vita came to look at it and determined that two parts needed to be replaced. "It takes 3-5 business days to get the parts" they said. Great, let's do it. More than a week goes by without a word, so I text them; no response. The next day, I text them again. They respond: "It takes 3-5 business days to get the parts." Yeah, you told me that a week and a half ago. Where are they? Long story short, it was more than two weeks until I had a repaired machine.... that worked for exactly two cycles before it conked out again. I texted them and guess what I got? I called Vita appliance repair as my washer was not working. They came the next day dec 23 to fix the issue I was having. I was surprised how quickly they were able to come. They also noticed gasgit needed to be replaced ordered the part and came back after the new year and. This company does good work. I will use them in the future should I have any issues with my appliances. read more

My AC unit broke down on Sunday, and 2 guys from Vita came on a Sunday evening. They immediately diagnosed the issue and were respectful and courteous. They spent a day looking for the right components, which was difficult as it was an old unit. I asked them to come and install asap as it was so hot outside, and they came at 11pm, left at 1am and fixed everything. Incredible service. read more

I highly recommend this appliance service company, they have really good prices and discounts. Reliable and kind. They fix my stove and they took their time to explain me everything and if they know they will get late, they letting you know on time and the reason why getting late and it makes sense cause NY traffic is insane.
