If your appt is at 1pm they may start your child at 2pm. You will very much likely be waiting 9/10. Also, make sure if you miss any appointments let the insurance company know. And i didnt cancel, they canceled my son while we waited in the office already for almost an hr in december without seeing him claiming insurance issue but they reported to insurance they saw him that day. This office still charges as if they saw the patient even if they did not. And if that happens, it's up to YOU and only YOU only to correct it. Even though the office made the mistake. The office marking you present and the doctor taking payment for a patient they did not see will be up to you to fix. The office reported my child that they did his teeth in December 2025 and he was seen since June 2025. Someone from the office marked my son present for cleaning in December and he did not get one or even step foot in the dental room that day. The office was paid for an appt my son wasn't there for. They now created a delay and conumdrum in my childs dental plan and gave me the run around for over a month making it seem like their manager will call insurance and fix issue since they did not see my child. They reschedule my son and made it seem like they will clean it since they made an error and then cancel the day before saying my insurance wont allow it because he came in December. But he wasnt there in December, he was there almost a year ago in June. The office will reschedule you and cancel your appt the day before or day of because they are very sloppy with their paper work. I would not recommend this location. They look clean inside but the workers do not care and are not helpful and all of a sudden some of them pretend English is difficult when there is an issue to help someone with. In December on the 16th of 2025 it was the lady at front desk with dark long ponytail that marked us present and my son was not seen. We came in March and Paola acknowledged the error and said a manager will call me. And no manager called me to correct issue. I was only rescheduled and canceled and given the run around. His appt should be today and these ppl told me I should be fine due to their mistake and they call me yesterday after I made my time free for my son appt today to cancel again. They saying because insurance only do 2 cleaning and saying my son had 2 last yr but he only had ONE CLEANING. YET THE DOCTOR WAS PAID FOR 2 CLEANINGS AND THEY DID NOT DO A 2ND CLEANING FOR MY SON. They need to honor his 2nd cleaning because they made a mistake

In short: A dental appointment that is actually fun…read more Bright colors, iPads and toys galore. It's like combining a play place and a dentist , who knew this was possible! Due to Covid, we waited in the car until they are ready to let us for the appointment. I'm fine with this, the wait was a bit long.. about 25mins but we went at 2pm which I assume is peak time for them. The staff.. wow.. you can tell they all love kids and are amazing with them! They were patient, fun, and explained everything to him which he loved. IPads are in the waiting area with games loaded on it. iPads are in the exam rooms for the kids to watch movies. Brilliant. To end, they send the kids home with a dental goody bag and a balloon. Oh and a general exam with cleaning and X-rays was only 79.00. Totally worth it. Im grateful my pediatrician recommended this place, my son will be a patient as long as they remain open :)

I finally took the plunge, and we went to South Florida Dentistry today. The experience was entirely positive, minus the three new cavities found in my LO's mouth! At first sight the building is this quaint Keys style home, and everything inside follows that theme. The staff at the front were extremely friendly, as were the hygienists that completed my kids' cleanings. The interior of the building is very clean and fresh appearing and they have the cutest clocks (see photos to appreciate). The dentist was extremely approachable and personable, and ensured I understood that the dentists were on call 24-7 for any emergencies. Pricing was very upfront - which I appreciate as I have personally had an unpleasant experience with changing costs in the past. I was very happy with the level of care my kids received, and I feel confident our visits for the cavities will go equally as well.

I have been bringing my son here for three years. We see Dr. George. The only part of the visit that I have any complaints about is the front office staff. I will update this shortly. Once we are called back to a room, my son is seated in the dental chair and there is a small rolling stool in the corner for if parents need/want to stay with their child. The rooms are extra small, no room for siblings or too much stuff. However the rooms are cheerful and immaculately clean. They also have a tv monitor facing the chair with appropriate programming for your child. I have always been welcomed to stay or wait in the waiting room and come back in at the end of the visit for an update, which ever I would like. Dr. George and the back office staff are phenomenal! They put my child at ease. They truly take an interest in each of their patients. At the end of the visit we stop in at the rear front office desk and settle payment ( if there is any), schedule our next visit, and my son gets to get one item from the treasure chest. Along with the free swag bag.( toothbrush,paste, floss, the norm) This is an excellent place to bring your children. Its clean, up to date technology, happy positive back office staff that interact with ur children, easy to get appointments even last minute for pain or emergencies, and because Dr. George rocks!!
