First treat of my day was the dermaplane facial, and it was truly amazing. Not only was it incredibly relaxing, but my skin felt rejuvenated afterward....for days! That was shocking because my skin is crazy dehydrated!! The esthetician, Mary Hannah was professional and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to assess my skin, listen to my goals/wants for my skin and provided her expert suggestions while addressing my biggest concerns. I felt genuinely heard, and Mary Hannah easily earned my trust!! The next was a biggie for me. Originally I was nervous about fillers in general. I had to call back and make an appointment and it was over a little more than two weeks. I got more Botox injected in forehead, between eyes and added crows feet too. It cost another 200.00. It was Not free. They did not take an after picture to compare during the follow up. I'm two days in and see no results and still have movement in my forehead and between eyes. Bobbi said she almost used the wrong syringe on my forehead because someone else put it in her room. That it would of hurt and been bad. So I can't help but wonder if I was injected with something that was a not Botox.

Colby called me and asked about my skin/hair type to figure out the right type of laser for me. The pricing for a touch up was very reasonable. The building was beautiful, the staff were so kind. They allow you privacy to get changed and give you a fancy skirt coverup (I have never been given that at a laser location before and usually have had to get undressed in front of the staff which is awkward). It felt like a spa experience for laser which I have never experienced. They even offer you a drink. I was blown away and would highly highly recommend. My only complaint was I reached out asking if I should shave before a touch up and didn't hear back, and I was in fact supposed to, so there could've been slightly better communication and instructions- but I also didn't follow up or call to ask so that's partially on me. 10/10, definitely go here.
