This was not only medically unfounded, but also deeply traumatic and unprofessional. Spa services are meant to provide peace and healing--not fear and emotional distress. Diagnosing or making predictions about someone's health, especially in such a serious and personal way, is entirely out of bounds and unethical for any spa professional. During our stay, the air conditioner stopped working. While we got a bit of a runaround initially due to the late hour, the service couldn't be completed until the following day. Throughout the process, Ward Realty was attentive, communicative, and accommodating, which made the situation much easier to handle.
