The hostess was very sweet - she sat my friends and I down right away even though it was peak hours on a Sunday! The food was amazing and the mimosas tasted really good but the service definitely could have been better. Our waitress was kind at first but then became sort of short with us and made us feel rushed when ordering our drinks (she dropped the check off right after we ordered some mimosas and not because we hit their drink or time limit or anything). After dropping off the check she disappeared for almost half an hour so I took the check to the host stand so I could pay. While I was doing that the waitress suddenly appeared at our table and gave my friends an attitude, telling them she "could've rang me out if I was ready", even though she was nowhere to be found. Again I have no comments about the food or drinks - they were all amazing!!

Love the ambiance. Booths are curved and allows for privacy for each booth. Staff was friendly and fast. Didn't get to try the mimosas but next time . The food was great and filing . Definitely will come back . Recommend 100%

Very clean, cordial and friendly staff. This is some of the freshest prepared breakfast either have eaten in a long time. Great location and parking. It appears to originally been a Dennys. But you can't tell on inside. Very nice seating, lighting and all makes For a delightful experience. Oh and did I mention the mimosas are refreshing and rather large. Give it a try!

The food was amazing! We got the classic and the chorizo eggs Benedict and I think it's the best eggs Benedict I've ever had.

Food is always yummy here! Me and my friend/coworker would love to come and have breakfast here after our NOC shift. Today was our Friday so they got mimosas. I do not drink so I got French toast instead. Service is nice, they come and check on us and made use we are not left unattended. The place itself is very clean, modern and we can see a little bit of the kitchen from the dining area. They accept Apple pay or Google pay, very convenient.

This is the first time in the Santa Rosa location (been to Rohnert Park a few times). Their food is tasty and well presented and the service is great. Always enjoy getting the mimosa sampler.

Yassssss I love a good Cafe and Good Mimosas! Came for brunch and left with a Buzz lol Food: Delicious! Breakfast burrito and chilaquiles were flavorful and great portions, the sauces on the side were also delightful. I also got the French toast :) Drinks: Flight of Mimosas were EVERYTHING! Fresh Fruits and nice cold champagne, just how I like them. They have few flavors to choose from. Staff: Awesome! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Lots of parking. Get there before noon, that's when I noticed the rush coming in. Enjoy! SYoY :)

We had an excellent breakfast experience all around. Arrived around 10:15 wanting to eat light and share a plate. Seated instantly, my guava mimosa (it was my birthday on a Wednesday) was delivered instantly by our efficient, professional server. There was a fresh wedge of guava on the rim of the glass, which took me back to my childhood. Our breakfast burrito was brought out on two plates, nicely garnished with a generous sweet orange slice and with perfectly cooked thick smashed potato slices on the side. The tortilla had been crisped on the grill, and the contents within were perfectly distributed so that we could enjoy a bit of every element in each bite. The pale red salsa was mild and flavorful and we also got sour cream and pico de gallo. What a delicious meal. Ambiance is super clean, a major plus, with minimalist décor. We had driven past it so many times and, now that we have finally stopped in, we are certain to return.

Beautiful restaurant wonderful food service I love the ambiance here very calm. The food was very delicious. It was an amazing experience here for lunch.

    Rueben Sandwich

Cafe Mimosa on College Ave is a fantastic destination for breakfast or lunch. My favorite entree is NY Steak & Eggs. Today, I ordered the Rueben Sandwich and my son had the Fish & Chips. Both were excellent. Our server, Celeste was charming and attentive. Mike and his amazing team earned another A+++.

This was such a fun find for our last day in the area. This isn't the fancy brunch spot but is a great family brunch spot. I loved how open and bright the restaurant was. The staff was so kind and helpful. My little spilled one of my drinks and staff cleared the napkins after we cleaned it up and brought new utensil sets before we really registered that they knew about the spill. The food and drinks were delicious. The mimosa flight was seriously beautiful and tasty. The food we had was classic brunch but so yummy. I also appreciated that our waitress was really kind as we continually added things to our order (extra eggs, another utensil set, extra plate, etc). Great spot! Oh and be careful their windows are so clean both of my littles almost walked into them instead of the open door! Hahaha

The Santa Rosa omelette had me at the goat cheese (one of my favorite combinations is eggs and goat cheese) but the chicken sausage was the star of the show. Chilaquiles with red and green salsa was perfection, too. The texture of the chips was on point; it is a HUGE serving, easily 2.5 meals a bit sooo good. We made a reservation for noon, but still waited over 20 minutes just to be seated. The restaurant was packed, with a cute interior, although it was smaller than I expected and had extremely limited outdoor seating. We were able to order relatively quickly, but the service was slow overall. Our food took about 40 minutes to arrive, which seemed especially long for a fairly simple order. I ordered the huevos rancheros with both green and red salsa. The green salsa was okay, but I didn't care for the red, and the dish itself was bland and definitely needed some salt. My husband ordered a basic breakfast, which was fine but also needed more seasoning. The hash browns were probably the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, given all the hype, we expected more. While the atmosphere is cute, the long wait, slow service, and underwhelming food made the experience disappointing. I don't see us going back anytime soon.

We weren't overly hungry but wanted to try it. The prices were pretty steep for a beer $12, and the cocktail was VERY expensive $19 after tax. Hubs decided not to order the beer but insisted I try a fancy drink so I decided on the unicorn after recommendation from our waitress. The drink was pleasantly good, not too sour or too sweet, however definitely not worth the price. Then we decided on a small bites, skillet prawns. The wait wasn't too long. We took a bite each and we were so confused at the odd flavor. It tasted like latex gloves and cleaner. Hubs tried a a second small bite of another one and spit it out. We probably shouldn't have stopped. Our waitress was really nice about it and offered to get us a new one or something else or a dessert, but we declined. She ended up taking it off the bill. Maybe skip the drinks and order a pizza.

When the food finally arrived, the chicken schnitzel was dry, overcooked, and tasted like it had spent far too long sunbathing under a heat lamp. Once our food was delivered, our waitress performed her most impressive trick of the afternoon: disappearing completely. My water ran out about 10 minutes into battling the Sahara schnitzel and was never refilled--which felt especially cruel considering that entrée required its own hydration plan. To give credit where it's due, the Crimson Revelry cocktail was absolutely delicious, and the fries were very good. Sadly, neither could rescue the rest of the experience. I had an omelette with spinach, caramelized, tomatoes, chicken sausage, and goat cheese. This was one of the most delicious bites I've had at a breakfast spot in a long time. We also shared an order of beignets that came with some fresh apple butter, which was to die for! It felt like taking a bit off fall weather if that makes sense. My boyfriend had some biscuits and country gravy with a side of sausage and fried eggs. He loved everything that he ate as well. He also had a bloody Mary, which was made with Soju. Everything we ordered was well-prepared and delicious, but the standout dishes were the beet salad and the shrimp & grits. The beet salad had a perfect mix of textures; chopped pistachios, tender beets, and crunchy radishes over a pillowy ricotta. I finished the salad wishing there was more. The shrimp & grits featured a potlikker sauce that absolutely lived up to the hype; it made the dish. I wish the shrimp & grits were served in a bowl rather than a shallow dish. I found myself chasing the sauce and polenta around the plate, trying not to push it over the edge. We hit happy hour, and wow--it's a good one. Tons of interesting bites and a solid drink lineup. I went with a whiskey sour, my friend had the ginger beer on draft (very refreshing), and we shared the prawns, Brussels sprouts, and creamy mac & cheese. Everything was seriously delicious. Shoutout to our server, Melanie--friendly, attentive, and totally on it, even with the place packed. A couple things to note: it does get loud, so maybe not your spot if you're after a quiet, intimate dinner. Also, the happy hour menu listed Brussels sprouts but didn't mention bacon--I'm vegetarian, so that was a bit of a surprise. (It is noted on the regular dinner menu, which I admittedly didn't check.) All in all, such a fun, lively spot. I'll definitely be back for more bites and cocktails.
