I headed up there even after talking to him a 2nd time and confirming his offers, only to sit and wait for over an hour while they put the numbers together. Then Jeffery Lucas came out and started going over his offer. There advertised 24-25k off, but promised 14-16k off was now only 6-8k off the sticker price, the 4-5k over KBB for my 23-24k trade valued Acura was now only $18,500, well below market value. This place pulled one hell of a "bait and switch". I will be reaching out the the State of Ohio AG office to see what part of the CSPA they violated, and are still in violation of. The sales manager even acknowledged they have "several" mistakes on their web page and have had them for awhile. I will be pursuing this via the State of Ohio on Monday.
